Die gesamte Wohnung ist etwa 78 Quadratmeter groß und hat einen Balkon zum Innenhof. Hervorzuheben ist auch noch, dass es neben den auf den Bildern ersichtlichen Dingen einen Fahrradabstellraum und ein Kellerabteil gibt.
Eine Waschmaschine sowie eine voll ausgestattet neue Küche sind schon vor Ort, sodass du dich um nichts weiter kümmern musst.
Die Warmmiete von 460€ enthält alle anfallenden Nebenkosten (Gas, Wasser, Hausmeister etc.).
Die U-Bahn-Station Bihlplatz ist zu Fuß 3 Minuten entfernt. Anbindung zur Uni Stuttgart egal ob Campus Vaihingen oder Stadtmitte ist super. Zusätzlich ist der Marienplatz zwei U-Bahnhaltestellen oder 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und bietet viele Möglichkeiten um vom Alltag abzuschalten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß oder mit der U-Bahn bequem und einfach zu erreichen.
Deine Mitbewohner werden Erick (27) und Markus (26) sein. Erick ist Architekt und Markus befindet sich gerade im Masterstudium.
