Die renovierte Wohnung hat insgesamt drei Zimmer, plus Küche mit sonnigem Balkon und einem Badezimmer mit Bodenheizung.
Dein Zimmer hat 20qm2 zum Ausleben und durch die Fensterfront super viel Tageslicht.
Die Wohnung liegt 2 Minuten vom Erwin-Schöttle-Platz entfernt und ist damit super an den ÖPNV angebunden. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten kannst du entweder ins Grüne, oder bist in die andere Richtung am Marienplatz mit jeder Menge Bars und Restaurants.
Ein Bonus ist die Tankstelle um die Ecke, die 24/7 offen hat, sollten dir die Drinks ausgehen.
In der WG wohnen wir aktuell zu dritt.
Marco, 23, studiert Jazz Schlagzeug und liebt Kaffee und Musik!
Sarah ist aktuell für ihr Praxissemester beim SWR in Stuttgart. Sie wird im Februar die WG verlassen und dann kommt Lisa zurück.
Lisa, auch 23, studiert an der HdM und kommt im Februar aus Kanada zurück. Sie ist in ihrer Freizeit gerne unterwegs und man kann mit ihr gut über Serien quatschen.
Das WG-Leben ist generell sehr offen und harmonisch. Alle sind super herzlich und man trifft sich gerne mal in der Küche für einen Talk oder ein Glas Wein.
