Das Zimmer ist hell und durch die hohen Decken wirkt es luftiger.
Es ist komplett möbliert: Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch & Stuhl.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 5-er WG in Stuttgart-Untertürkheim.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet.
Das großzügige Bad der Wohnung ist mit Wanne, Dusche und zwei Waschbecken. Hier kann auch Wäsche getrocknet werden. Die Toilette ist separat.
Die Kaution kann in 3-Monatsraten bezahlt werden.
Bis zur S-Bahn, U-Bahn und Bushaltestelle sind es zu Fuß maximal 5 Minuten und von da nur noch 11-12 Minuten bis zum Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof mit S-Bahn oder ca. 22 Minuten mit der U-Bahn.
Von Bahnhof Untertürkheim fahren S1, U4, U13 sowie Busse 60 und 61
Das schöne Radnetz entlang des Neckars ist auch in der Nähe, man kann mit dem Fahrrad in 30-35 Min. in die Stadtmitte kommen .
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art sind in 3, 10 oder 20 Min zu erreichen. Die schöne Weinberge und das Inselbad sind 2 bis 3 Blocks vom Haus entfernt und sind besonders im Sommer sehr besucht.
Ich bin Vermieterin und wohne nicht dort, aber es wird Wert auf das harmonische Zusammenleben gellegt, soweit ich es mitbekommen habe :)
Zur Miete kommt noch ein paar Euro fürs Internet, das WG-intern aufgeteilt wird.
