The house is located in the district of Luginsland above Untertürkheim near a bus stop (about 5 minutes walk), quiet, friendly housing, public parking close to the house, pharmacy, bakery with cafe, grocery store, butcher caravan 2 x weekly. By bus you can quickly get to the centre of Untertürkheim (further shopping or something else in Fellbach.) The S1 to Stgt/ Stgt-Uni is only a few minutes by bus. The university is about 35 min.

It is a very quiet residential area. For hikers or cyclists, the location is ideal, as you are just a few meters from the vineyards.
There is a covered bicycle stand and behind the house an inviting fully equipped barbecue terrace incl. Wooden cab grill and seating.

Das Haus liegt im Ortsteil Luginsland oberhalb von Untertürkheim in der Nähe einer Bushaltestelle (ca. 5 min. zu Fuß), ruhige, freundliche Wohnsiedlung, öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe vom Haus, Apotheke, Bäcker mit Cafe, Feinkostladen, Metzgerwagen 2 x wöchentlich. Mit dem Bus ist man schnell im Ortskern von Untertürkheim (weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder etwas weiter auch in Fellbach.) Zur S1 nach Stgt/ Stgt-Uni sind es nur wenige min. mit dem Bus. Zur Uni sind es ca. 35 min.

Es ist eine sehr ruhige Wohngegend. Für Wanderer oder Radfahrer bietet sich die Lage an, da man nur wenige Meter von den Weinbergen entfernt ist.
Es gibt einen überdachten Fahrradständer und hinter dem Haus eine einladende vollausgestattete Grillterrasse inkl. Holzkohlestandgrill und Sitzgelegenheiten.

All students living in the WG house, trainees, interns and also the newly added are looking forward to open-minded roommates. You can be for yourself or be friends with the other housers, it is a beautiful community.

There are shared WG evenings and organised trips, you can take the initiative yourself. The common rooms are clean and tidy, partly with and without a cleaning plan and invite you to feel good. Keeping clean is part of the rental agreement and is controlled if necessary without notice.

Alle im WG-Haus wohnenden Studenten, Azubis, Praktikanten und auch die neu dazukommenden freuen sich auf aufgeschlossene Mitbewohner. Man kann für sich sein oder sich mit den anderen Hausbewohnern anfreunden, es ist eine schöne Gemeinschaft.

Es gibt gemeinsame WG-Abende und organisierte Ausflüge, man darf gerne selber die Initiative ergreifen. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind sauber und ordentlich, teils mit und ohne Putzplan und laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Das Sauberhalten ist Bestandteil des Mietvertrages und wird bei Notwendigkeit ohne Ankündigung kontrolliert.
