mein Zimmer ist Teil einer 6er WG im Studentenwohnheim In der Au in Untertürkheim. Das Zimmer ist bisschen mehr als 12m² groß und voll möbiliert, d.h. du hast einen Schreibtisch, einen Schrank, nen Regal, ein Bett, einen tollen Bürostuhl und einen Wäschekorb. Internet kommt aus der Wand und dein eigenes Wlan hast du auch. Das Internet ist am Hochschulnetz angeboten und schafft somit bis zu 1gb/s Upload und Download.

my room is part of a 6 people student living community in the In der Au dorm in Untertürkheim. The room is about 12m² and fully furnished. There's a desk, a wardrobe, a shelf, a bed, a nice office chair and a clothes basket. And of course the room has an internet connection. The Internet is connected to the university network and can handle up to 1gb/s upload and download.
Da das Wohnheim in Untertürkheim ist, liegt es nicht wirklich im Stadtzentrum, allerdings braucht man von der Wohnungstür bis zum Hauptbahnhof auch nur ca. 20min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zum einen direkt am Untertürkheimer Bahnhof einen CAP Supermarkt und ca 8 Minuten von dort noch ein Kaufland.
The dorm is in Untertürkheim. So it's not right in the centre, but you still only need about 20 minutes from the doorstep to the central station.
Grocery stores are also not too far away. There's a CAP supermarket directly next to the train station and there's also a Kaufland about 8 minutes from there.
Meine Mitbewohner studieren alles mögliche. Sind natürlich alle super nett und man hilft sich auch gerne mal gegenseitig. Und wir haben natürlich einen Putzplan :D
My flatmates are also students and are super kind and helpful.
Aaaaand we also have a cleaning plan.
Waschmaschinen und Trockner gibt es im Keller und werden sich mit dem ganzen Wohnheim geteilt und kosten Geld (1,40€ und 1,80€ glaube ich).
Da es eine WG-Zimmer vom Studentenwohnheim ist, kann nur an andere Studenten oder Praktikanten vermietet werden!
Wenn du später studieren willst und aktuell einen Deutschkurs oder Übergangskurs machst, reicht das auch aus.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer nur für den angegebenen Zeitraum. Kürzer/Länger als angegeben ist leider nicht möglich.
Washing machine and dryer are in the basement and are shared with the whole dorm and you have to pay for them. (1,40€ and 1,80€ I think it is)
Because it's a student dorm I can only sublet to other students or interns!
If you want to study later sometime and are currently in a german course or pre-course that's also fine.
I only sublet the room for the given period. Shorter/Longer unfortunately is not possible.
