The room is spacious and bright. It has two large wing doors towards the west, which go straight out to the private balcony overlooking the green.
There are underfloor heating and shutters. The floor is wood-park radiate.
The house was built in 2014. It's all high quality and new.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, TV etc. There are two large refrigerators and freezers separately, so you have enough space.
There are two bathrooms, so that you only share the bathroom with two other people and there is no jam in the morning. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub in addition to the shower.
The rooms are well isolated so there is no noise pollution.
Das Zimmer ist großzügig und hell. Es hat zwei große Flügeltüren Richtung Westen, die direkt auf den privaten Balkon rausgehen mit Blick ins Grüne.
Es gibt Fußbodenheizung und Rolladen. Der Boden ist Holzparkettimitat.
Das Haus wurde 2014 erbaut. Es ist alles hochwertig und neu.
Die grpße Wohnküche ist voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Fernseher usw. Es gibt separat zwei große Kühl- bzw Gefrierschränke, so dass man genügend Platz hat.
Es gibt zwei Bäder, so dass man das Bad nur mit zwei anderen Personen teilt und es morgens keinen Stau gibt. Eines der Bäder hat zusätzlich zur Dusche eine Badewanne.
Die Zimmer sind gut isoliert, so dass es keine Lärmbelästigung gibt.
The WG is located in a quiet residential area. On foot you can reach the Vaihinger station in 7 minutes or in the other direction forest and field.
Rewe and Aldi are also within walking distance in a few minutes.
With the S-Bahn you can reach the university in four minutes and in 13 minutes in the Suttgarter city centre.
Motorway can be reached in 4 minutes by car.
Die WG befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Zu Fuß erreicht man in 7 Minuten den Vaihinger Bahnhof oder in die andere Richtung Wald und Feld.
Rewe und Aldi sind ebenfalls in ein paar Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
Mit der S-Bahn ist man in vier Minuten an der Universtität und in 13 Minuten in der Suttgarter Innenstadt.
Autobahn ist in 4 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Theresa (27, Architektin mit Schwerpunkt historische Bauforschung), Joshua (27, studiert irgendwas mit Medien) und Max (30, studiert Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik), Linus (23, öffentlicher Dienst) und Lara (23, arbeitet im Regierungspräsidium Stuttgart).
In unserer gemütlichen Küche trifft man sich abends nicht nur gerne zum Kochen, sondern auch mal
zum Chillen, Glühweintrinken, zu einem gemeinsamen Spieleabend, auf ein Glas Wein oder auch einfach zur
Lebensberatung. Man trifft fast immer jemanden zum Quatschen und Zusammensitzen, kommt sich
aber beim Kochen auch nicht in die Quere.
Egal, ob zum Sport, für eine Tour über den Weihnachtsmarkt oder zu einem entspannten Frühstück mit Avocado-Nest und Cappuccino – für gemeinsame Unternehmungen und schöne Momente findet sich bei uns immer jemand :)
