Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 2er WG und ist Teil des Studentenwohnheims Campo Novo in Vaihingen.
Es ist 12 Quadratmeter groß mit Echtholzparkett, bodentiefen Fenstern, die sich komplett öffnen lassen, und Fußbodenheizung. Das Zimmer befindet sich in der Ernsthaldenstr. 49 und ist von der Straße und dem Hof abgewendet, sodass man selbst im EG Privatsphäre genießen kann. Außerdem ist es jetzt im Sommer angenehm kühl.
Ich suche erstmal eine Untermieterin/einen Untermieter zum 01.06.2023. Das Zimmer kann allerdings ab September auch komplett übernommen werden. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert untervermietet.
Zusätzliche Kosten: GEZ-Gebühren: 9,18 € pro Monat und für das gemeinsame WLAN: 17,50 € pro Monat.
Die Lage ist optimal für Studenten der Uni Stuttgart, als auch für Studenten der Uni Hohenheim.
Die U-Bahn-Station Wallgraben ist 3 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Hier hat man den Zugang zur U3 (Uni Hohenheim), U8 und
U12 (Innenstadt).
Mit der U3 kann man nach 2 Stationen bis zum Bahnhof fahren und dort die U1 als auch die Straßenbahnen erreichen (Uni Stuttgart).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat man viele: Rewe und Aldi z.B sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
