The apartment is located on the first floor and encompasses a total area of 33 square meters. It is designed with three bedrooms and two living rooms, in addition to a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The bedroom that is available for rent is 6.5 square meters in size. Currently, this bedroom is furnished with a bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a storage shelf, and a table lamp. There is no additional cost for these furnishings, and should they not be needed, we can remove them before your move-in date.
Moreover, the apartment boasts a basement area, which offers additional space for storing miscellaneous items. Each apartment is equipped with a washing machine, conveniently located in the basement's laundry room. This arrangement allows residents easy access to laundry facilities without occupying space within their apartment, adding to the convenience and practicality of the living space.
The apartment is conveniently located with excellent transportation links. It is just a 1-minute walk to the bus stop for Route 81, which provides direct access to the Vaihingen Hbf and the Vaihingen campus of the Stuttgart University. Additionally, the bus stop for Route 82 is only a 6-minute walk away, and this route offers direct transportation to the Vaihingen Hbf as well as to the Max Planck Institute.
For grocery shopping, the nearest Kaufland and Aldi supermarkets are both a mere 10-minute walk from the apartment. These supermarkets offer a wide range of products, making it convenient for residents to purchase groceries and household items.
