Room for renting from June 1st 2024 in an apartment house in Stuttgart Vaihingen.
The room total size is around 16 sqm, and it is furnished. The bathroom and the kichen are shared with the other two tenants. Kitchen has dishwasher, stove and oven. There is also a cellar with a washing machine.

The rent includes everything except the electricity, internet and ARD cost (around 60 per month).
The room is offered from June 1st 2024, but can be entered some days before if necessary.
Moreover, in order to take into the room, both the bed table and the drawer unit must be bought (70 euros in total).
