A room in our spacious 2nd WG is free (I'm leaving unfortunately). It is bright and about 20 m2 tall, with two large windows towards the south side.
The beautiful 4-room apartment (approx. 100 m2) is located in a top location in Stg-Vaihingen. It has a small but fine kitchen with a cozy dining room, where there is enough room to cook and sit together. The large living room is ideal for movie nights or pre-Drinks. In addition, there is an additional leisure room or office that offers perfect work. A parking space is also available. There are also two large basement compartments - ideal for a lot of storage space.
In addition, it has a small garden with terrace, which is ideal for sun or barbecue in summer.
The apartment is really fantastic!
Ein Zimmer in unserer großzügigen 2-er WG wird frei (Ich ziehe leider aus). Es ist hell und ca. 20 m2 groß, mit zwei großen Fenstern zur Südseite hin.
Die schöne 4-Zimmer-Wohnung (ca. 100 m2) befindet sich in einer Top-Lage in Stg-Vaihingen. Sie hat eine kleine aber feine Küche mit gemütlichem Esszimmer, in dem es genug Platz zum Kochen und Zusammensitzen gibt. Das große Wohnzimmer ist ideal für Filmabende oder Pre-Drinks. Zudem gibt es ein zusätzliches Freizeitzimmer oder Büro, welches sich perfekt zum Arbeiten anbietet. Ein Stellplatz (Garage) steht auch zur Verfügung. Außerdem sind zwei große Kellerabteile vorhanden - ideal für viel Stauraum.
Zudem hat es einen kleinen Garten mit Terrasse, welcher sich optimal zum Sonnen oder Grillen im Sommer eignet.
Die Wohnung ist wirklich traumhaft!
The WG is located in the beautiful center of Stuttgart-Vaihingen. There are many shopping, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. The location is perfect for you if you want to quickly be in downtown (12 min by train), but also enjoy the advantages of suburban (fields, parks, parking!)

Die Lage ist perfekt für dich, wenn du schnell in der Innenstadt sein möchtest (12 min mit der Bahn), aber auch die Vorzüge von der Vorstadt genießt (Felder, Parks, Parkplätze!)
