Das Zimmer ist bereits möbeliert und hat eigentlich alles was man braucht: Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, kleine Regale. So ist es auch mit Küche und Badezimmer. Im Keller befinden sich eine Waschmaschine die benutzt werden kann.
Die Lage des Zimmers ist relativ ruhig und man ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Vaihinger Bahnhof und ein Bus fährt fast vor der Tür ab. Vom Bahnhof aus ist man in 15 Minuten in der Stuttgarter Innenstadt. Die Schwaben Galerie (ein Einkaufszentrum) ist auch ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und hat verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Die Mitbewohner der WG sind freundlich und offen, jedoch gibt es leider keinen Gemeinschaftsraum und es wird nicht miteinander gekocht.
