Hi,
wir (Emma, Anh Zoe und Fabian) suchen eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in für unsere WG, da unser aktueller Mitbewohner umzieht. Bestenfalls suchen wir einen neuen Mitbewohner (für 50/50 m/w), sind aber auch für weibliche Unterstützung offen, wenn die Chemie stimmt.
Dein Zimmer ist 14 m² groß, sinnvoll geschnitten und hat ein großes Fenster. Die Wohnung ist vor ca. einem Halben Jahr rennoviert worden und damit echt gut ausgestattet. Wie du auf den Bildern sehen kannst, gibt es eine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, 2 Toiletten und ein Bad. Das Wohnzimmer ist schön groß, wenn Corona also mal vorbei sein sollte kann man hier also auch den ein oder anderen einladen.
Wir haben eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und bei der S-Bahn Haltestelle bist du zu Fuß in 15 Minuten. Einkaufen kannst du in der Schwabengalerie, die 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Sonst ist die Gegend super ruhig, viele Autos sind auf der Seerosenstraße nicht unterwegs.
Erstmal ein paar Worte zu uns, damit du dir auch ein Bild von uns machen kannst:
Emma ist 19 Jahre alt, kommt ursprünglich aus Thüringen, studiert Digital Business Management an der DHBW und backt gerne.
Anh Zoe ist 20 Jahre alt und studiert im 5. Semester und macht ab Mai ein Praktikum in Stuttgart. Neben dem Studium ist sie sehr aktiv und ist (vor corona) gerne Bouldern, oder ins Taekwondo und Tanztraining gegangen.
Fabian ist 28 Jahre alt, schon im Job und aktuell größenteils im Homeoffice. Er ist kommunikativ und relativ aktiv, fährt Mountainbike, geht auf Skitouren und bouldert wenn die Hallen offen haben.
In der WG haben wir ein sehr entspanntes Miteinander: wir quatschen wenn wir uns im Wohnzimmer über den Weg laufen und veranstalten ca. alle 2-3 Wochen einen WG Abend, bei dem gekocht und gespielt wird. Genauso ist es auch völlig okay, sich in sein Zimmer zurückziehen, wenn man seine Ruhe haben will. Im Wohnzimmer hängt sonst noch ein Fingerboard, an das du dich natürlich auch dran hängen kannst, um im Lockdown zumindest ein bisschen Workout zu machen.

*Room*
Hi,
We (Emma, Anh Zoe and Fabian) are looking for a new roommate for our shared apartment, because our current roommate is moving. At best we are looking for a new male roommate (for 50/50 m/f), but we are also open for female support if the chemistry is right.
Your room is 14 m², sensibly cut and has a large window. The apartment has been renovated about half a year ago and is therefore really well equipped. As you can see in the pictures, there is a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, 2 toilets and a bathroom. The living room is nice and big, so if Corona should be over, you can also invite one or the other here.
*Location*
We have a bus stop right in front of the door and the S-Bahn stop is a 15-minute walk away. You can shop in the Schwabengalerie, which is a 5-minute walk away. Otherwise, the area is super quiet, there are not many cars on the Seerosenstraße.
*WG-Life*
First of all a few words about us, so that you can get a picture of us:
Emma is 19 years old, originally from Thüringen, studies Digital Business Management at DHBW and likes to bake.
Anh Zoe is 20 years old and studies in the 5th semester and strarts an internship from May on. Besides she is very active and likes (before corona) bouldering, or going to taekwondo and dance training.
Fabian is 28 years old, already working and currently mostly in the home office. He is communicative and relatively active, rides his mountain bike, goes ski touring and bouldering when the places are open.
In the shared apartment we have a very relaxed togetherness: we chat when we run into each other in the living room and organize a WG-evening just about every 2-3 weeks, where we cook and play games. In the same way, it's also perfectly okay to retreat to your room if you want to have your peace and quiet. There's also a fingerboard in the living room that you can hang on to, of course, to do at least a little workout in the lockdown.
