Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert und verfügt über alle grundlegenden Elemente (Bett, L-Couch mit Stauraum, Studiertisch, Seitengestell, Lagerschränke usw.). Es ist gut belüftet und hat Zugang zu natürlichem Licht. Die ganze Wohnung ist minimalistisch, elegant und ordentlich, und wir möchten, dass es so bleibt.
Die Küche ist mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet.
Recently furnished room in a 2er WG is available from 1st October 2020. The room is fully furnished with a all the basic items in it (bed, L-couch with storage space, study table, side rack, storage cabinets, etc.). Very Ikea-esque. It is well ventilated and access to natural light. The whole apartment is minimalist, sleek and neat, and we wish to keep it that way.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Stuttgart Vaihingen. 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Schillerplatz U-Bahn (U1, U3) und zum Bus (81, 82, 84) und 6 Minuten zu Fuß zur Vaihingen S-Bf (S1, S2, S3). Die Deutsche Post, die Deutsche Bank, die BW Bank, die Commerz Bank, die Schwabengalerie, Edeka usw. reichen von der anderen Straßenseite bis zu 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt eine Reihe von Tanzschulen, Restaurants, Sushi und anderen Fast-Food-Restaurants. Eine Bar mit einer sehr guten Biersammlung befindet sich direkt neben dem Gebäude und ist ein perfekter Treffpunkt (Maulwurf).
The apartment is centrally located in Stuttgart Vaihingen. 2 mins walk to Schillerplatz U-Bahn (U1, U3) and bus (81, 82, 84), and 6 mins walk to Vaihingen S-Bf (S1, S2, S3). Deutsche Post, Deutsche Bank, BW Bank, Commerz Bank, Schwabengalerie, Edeka, etc. range from right across the street to 5 mins walk. There's a bunch of dance schools, restaurants, sushi and other fast food places around. Also, a bar with very good beer collection is right next to the building and makes for a perfect hangout spot (Maulwurf).
Ihr zukünftiger Mitbewohner arbeitet als Doktorand an einem nahe gelegenen Forschungsinstitut. Das bedeutet im Grunde, dass Sie die Wohnung an Wochentagen und manchmal am Wochenende zwischen 08:00 und 1900 für sich haben können.
Sie könnten manchmal oder oft zusammen kochen oder sich über Bier unterhalten. Alles ist kalt und entspannt.
Jemand, der Hippie, aber nerdig ist, einen Job hat, cool und ordentlich menschlich und nicht zu laut ist, wird bevorzugt. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
Your future flatmate works as a PhD student at a research institute nearby. That basically means that you can have the flat to yourself between 0800-1900 during weekdays and sometimes on weekends.
You could cook together sometimes or often, or have a conversation over beers. Everything is chill and laid back.
Someone who's hippie but nerdy, has a job, cool and neat human and isn't too loud is preferred. Sadly, there are no pets allowed.
