In the WG, mutual needs are taken into account, such as quiet for studying and is definitely not a party WG. However, from time to time we cook together and especially in the summer we barbecue together in the evening. Cleaning is always done together at regular intervals.
Residence Hall Contract: Therefore, lease term limited to duration of degree program, proof of enrollment for each semester.

In der WG wird auf die gegenseitige Bedürfnisse Rücksicht genommen, wie z.B. Ruhe zum Lernen und ist definitiv keine Party-WG. Jedoch wird auch ab und an zusammen gekocht und besonders im Sommer zusammen abends gegrillt. Geputzt wird immer in regelmäßigen Abständen gemeinsam.
Wohnheimvertrag: Daher Mietdauer eingeschränkt auf Dauer des Studiengangs, Nachweis der Immatrikulation für jedes Semester.
The apartment is centrally located in Vaihingen between Schwabengalerie and outdoor pool. The nearest bus stop "Krehlstraße" is 150m away, the nearest subway stop "Schillerplatz" is 850m away. The nearest S-Bahn stop "Vaihingen Bf" is 1 km away, but is also served by bus and subway. In the nights from Thursday to Friday, from Friday to Saturday and from Saturday to Sunday the night bus also stops only 150m away. The nearest shopping facilities are Kaufland and Aldi in the Schwabengalerie, which is 300m away. Also the outdoor pool and the adjacent forest, which is ideal for jogging, is only 500m away.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Vaihingen zwischen Schwabengalerie und Freibad. Die nächste Bushaltestelle "Krehlstraße" ist 150 m entfernt, die nächste U- Bahnhaltestelle "Schillerplatz" ist 850m entfernt. Die nächste S-Bahnhaltestelle "Vaihingen Bf" ist 1 km entfernt, wird jedoch auch von Bus und U-Bahn angefahren. In den Nächten von Donnerstag auf Freitag, von Freitag auf Samstag und von Samstag auf Sonntag hält der Nachtbus auch nur 150 m entfernt. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind das Kaufland und der Aldi in der Schwabengalerie, die 300m entfernt ist. Auch das Freibad und der anschließende Wald, der ideal zum Joggen geeignet ist, ist nur 500m weg.
