Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in einer 2er WG im modernen Studentenwohnheim CampoNovo in Stuttgart Vaihingen ab sofort (unbefristet). Das Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß und ist durch die beiden großen Fenster sehr hell. Die Wände sind weiß gestrichen und das Zimmer hat Parkettboden mit Fußbodenheizung und einen kleinen Teppich. Das Zimmer ist wie folgt ausgestattet: Bett (1.40m) mit Rost und Matratze, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Spiegel, Schrank, Kleiderschrank, Nachttisch, Tischlampe. Eine Waschmaschine in der WG privat vorhanden (man darf kostenlos benutzen) und zur Not im Keller des Hauses sind Waschmaschinen und Trockner, die von allen Bewohnern für 3€ benutzt werden können. Die Wohnung hat außerdem ein Badezimmer mit Dusche sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im modernen Studentenwohnheim Campo Novo in Stuttgart Vaihingen. Die nächste U-Bahn Station "Wallgraben" ist zu Fuß ca. 2 Minuten entfernt und von dort ist man in 20 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Alternativ erreicht man die S-Bahn Station "Vaihingen" in ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Am Wochenende fährt die S-Bahn auch durchgängig, sodass man zu jederzeit nach Hause kommt. Auch eine Nachtbus Haltestelle ist in ca. 5 min. erreichbar.
Vom Wohnheim aus bist du in wenigen Minuten bei einem der Supermärkte in der Nähe (Aldi, Rewe, Kaufland,..). Ansonsten findet man in der SchwabenGalerie alles, was man sonst so braucht. McDonalds und Co sind auch schnell zu erreichen. Asia Imbis ist direkt neben dem Haus.
Parkplätze findet man am Straßenrand eigentlich immer und diese sind auch kostenlos. Nach Bedarf gibt es eine private Parkplätze. Im Innenhof gibt es außerdem die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder abzustellen.
Mit mir zusammen wohnt Octavian, der macht seine Praxisphase in IT-Unternehmen. Er ist ein ruhiger, cooler und netter Typ 😊

I am renting out my room in a 2-person share-flat in the modern Campo Novo student residence in Stuttgart Vaihingen (for limited/unlimited period). The room is around 16 square meters and is very bright thanks to the two large windows. The walls are painted white and the room has parquet floors with underfloor heating and a small carpet. The room is furnished as follows: bed (1.40m) with grate and mattress, desk, chair, mirror, cupboard, wardrobe, bedside table, table lamp. A washing machine is privately available in the shared apartment (you can use it free of charge) and, if necessary, there are washing machines and dryers in the basement of the house, which can be used by all residents for 3 €. The apartment also has a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with seating.
The room is located in the modern Campo Novo student residence in Stuttgart Vaihingen. The next underground station "Wallgraben" is about 2 minutes away on foot and from there you can get to the main train station in 20 minutes. Alternatively you can reach the S-Bahn station "Vaihingen" in about 7 minutes on foot. At the weekend, the S-Bahn also runs continuously, so that you can come home at any time. A night bus stop can also be reached in about 5 minutes.
From the dormitory you are in a few minutes at one of the supermarkets nearby (Aldi, Rewe, Kaufland, ..). Otherwise you can find everything you need in the SchwabenGalerie. McDonalds and Co can also be reached quickly. Asia Imbis is right next to the house.
You can always find parking spaces at the roadside and these are also free. If required there is a private parking space. There is also the possibility to park bicycles in the inner courtyard.
