Hi!
Ich suche für mein Zimmer im Campo Novo Studentenwohnheim einen Untermieter. Mein Zimmer wird am 15.07. frei und würde bis zum 30.09 von mir untervermietet werden. Wenn Du aber dann dort wohnen bleiben möchtest, kannst du einfach mit dem Wohnheim ein Vertrag schließen und zum neuen Hauptmieter werden!

Das Wohnheim hat eine sehr gute Lage:
Man hat eine U-Bahn Station direkt vor der Tür und kann damit entweder in 20min an den Schlossplatz fahren oder in 3min an den Vaihinger Bahnhof.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist 20 Jahre alt, sehr freundlich und es war immer einfach mit ihr zusammen zu wohnen. Gerne stehen wir manchmal zum „Kitchen Talk“ bei uns in der Küche und quatschten über unseren Tag. ☺️
