Ich suche einen Nachmieter für die ausgeschriebene Wohnung. Es handelt sich um ein mehrstöckiges Haus, bei dem jede Etage als eigene Wohnung konzipiert ist. Es gibt insgesamt 10 Zimmer in dem Haus. Die betreffende Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist für zwei Personen. Jeder in der Wohnung ist ein Forscher/Arbeiter. Es ist sehr ruhig und freundlich für ein gemeinsames Wohnerlebnis.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert. Die Küche, die Toilette und das Bad auf der Etage sind nur für zwei Personen (obwohl das Haus für 10 Personen ist). Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Es gibt einen großen Abstellraum unter dem Dach für Dinge, die man selten braucht.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der Universität, 9 Minuten zu Fuß. Die nächstgelegene S-Bahn-Station befindet sich ebenfalls auf dem Uni-Campus. Die Bushaltestelle nach Vaihingen und Waldeck ist zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Geschäfte/Supermärkte/Apotheken etc. sind gut zu erreichen.

I am looking for a new tenant for the advertised apartment. It is a multistoried house with each floor designed as an individual apartment. There is a total of 10 rooms in the house. This concerned apartment is on the ground floor and it is for two people. Everyone in the apartment is a research/working professional. It is very calm and friendly for a shared living experience.
The room is completely furnished. The kitchen, toilet and bathroom on the floor are for only two people(even though the house is for 10 people). The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher. A washing machine is also available. There is a big storage room under the roof for keeping stuff which you rarely use.
It is located near to the university, 9 minutes by a walk. The nearest S-bahn station is also on the university campus. The bus stop to Vaihingen and Waldeck is two minutes on walk. The shops/supermarkets/pharmacies etc are reachable.
