Es handelt sich um ein großes Zimmer, dass wegen seiner vier Fenster lichtdurchflutet ist. Es ist vollständig möbliert mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch, einem Regal und einem Schrank sowie Stühlen.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, unter anderem mit einem Induktionsherd und einer Spülmaschine.
Im Badezimmer gibt es neben der Dusche auch eine Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden, denn sie liegt in einer Minute Laufweg zur U-Bahn Station Inselsstraße, von der man mit den Linien U4 und U9 15 Minuten in die Stadt fährt. Auch der S-Bahn Bahnhof Untertürkheim ist nicht weit.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich ein Aldi, ein Rewe sowie verschiedene Bäckereien, Gastronomien etc.
Die beiden Mitbewohner sind sehr nett und unkompliziert, sodass sich ein entspannte WG-Leben ergibt.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer für 2,5 Monate unter wegen eines Praktikums im Ausland. Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel, auch ein früherer Einzug wäre möglich.
