Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 7er WG im 2.OG unseres Hauses in Stuttgart-Wangen.
Die Wohnung wurde Ende 2017 saniert und hat eine voll ausgestattete Einbauküche, 1 Tageslicht Bad mit Dusche und WC, zudem noch ein separates Klo.
Das Zimmer selbst hat ca. 18 qm und kann möbliert übergeben werden (Bett, Couch, Schrank, Regal, Komode).

Die Kaltmiete ist im aktuellen Zustand bei 390 € und dazu kommen 130 € Nebenkosten.
Das Ganze Haus ist ausgelegt für junge Studenten und Berufstätige, da wir eine gute Atmosphäre zwischen den 3 WGs sicherstellen wollen.
Die Lage ist optimal.
Sowohl ein Supermarkt, als auch Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke, Imbiss, Bank sind innerhalbd von 10 minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.
Die U-Bahn Station ist gerade einmal 2 Gehminuten und mit der U9 und U13 ist die Anbindung ideal nach Stuttgart. Somit ist man in ca. 20 Minuten im Zentrum. Aber auch die S1 ist gut erreichbar, so dass die Anbindungen nach Esslingen oder Vaihingen/Böblingen sehr interessant sind.
