Hallo ich verlasse meine WG um näher am Arbeitsplatz zu sein. Derzeit suche ich also parallel eine neue Wohnung und würde das Zimmer zwischen Mai-Juli gerne abgeben wollen.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und muss so kostenfrei übernommen werden.
Nah zur U-Bahn U9/U13 und mit U13 schnell an der S-Bahn Station. Perfekt für Studenten. WG liegt am Bürocampus Wangen, Tags Über viele beruflich in der Straße unterwegs, Abend sehr ruhig. Parkplätze viele da. Zu Berufszeiten oft voll.
Es gibt einen Putzplan an dem man sich halten soll, dieser ist jedoch gerecht aufgeteilt und mit max 20min pro Woche erledigt.
W-Lan kosten werden unter 5 Leuten aufgeteilt ebenfalls die GEZ.
Der rest Strom/Wasser/Heizung alles in den 395€ inbegriffen.
