Das Zimmer ist hell und auf der straßenabgewandten Seite der Wohnung Richtung eines kleinen Innenhofs, der gemeinschaftlich mit allen Parteien des Hauses genutzt wird, im 1.OG gelegen. Es ist teilmöbliert und die Möbel (Bett, Matratze u. Schrank) können/sollten vom Vormieter übernommen werden (300€ VB). Das Zimmer ist ab 1. November verfügbar.
Zur 4-Zimmer Wohnung gehören auch ein gemeinschaftlich genutztes Wohn-/Esszimmer, eine kompakte aber vollständig ausgestattete Küche (Inkl. Spülmaschine, Herd, Backofen etc.) und ein Bad. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Fahrrad Keller und einen Kellerraum der zur Wohnung gehört. Auch Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist Zentral in Stuttgart Weilimdorf gelegen. Etliche Supermärkte, Bäcker, Friseure etc. sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Haltestelle der U6/U16 ist ca. 2min zu Fuße entfernt und man ist so in ca. 20 min am Hauptbahnhof.
