Nice room in nice WG in Stuttgart-West Schönes Zimmer in netter WG in Stuttgart-West

The location of the WG could not be better: in the beautiful west of the city, with restaurants, bars and pizza service in the area. In 15 minutes you can walk to the Kräherwald or to the one or other viewpoint over Stuttgart. The nearest metro stop (Arndt-/Spittastraße, U2+U9) is about 5 minutes away and by train you can reach the main station in 7 minutes. The nearest S-Bahn station Schwabstraße is about 15 minutes' walk away. The night bus N2 also stops right around the corner and there is a Regiorad station. There are bakeries, butchers, a dm, Lidl and a rewe in the vicinity (5-10 minutes walk).

Die Lage der WG könnte nicht besser sein: Im schönen Westen der Stadt, mit Restaurants, Bars und Pizzaservice in der Umgebung. In 15 Minuten kann man zum Kräherwald laufen oder zum ein oder anderen Aussichtspunkt über Stuttgart. Die nächste U-Bahnhaltestelle (Arndt-/Spittastraße, U2+U9) ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt und mit der Bahn ist man in 7 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Die nächste S-Bahn-Station Schwabstraße ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem hält der Nachtbus N2 direkt um die Ecke und es gibt eine Regiorad-Station. An Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es Bäckereien, Metzger, einen dm, Lidl und einen Rewe in nächster Umgebung (5-10 Minuten zu Fuß).

We are a relaxed WG with a colourful mix of creative minds: Johny is an independent web developer and video editor, Pluem is currently in the final stages of his bachelor's thesis in the study program Mobile Media at HdM – and Sophia, who was part of the WG over four years, is now collaborating with her friend.

Everyone has his own life and his own friends, so we don't hang around the clock. But we understand each other super, and when something comes up, it is spoken openly – quite uncomplicated. At the moment we are always at the start of the Pub Quiz or sit comfortably in the café in good weather. And who knows: If it suits, maybe a WG party or a common game or game will soon come back. Film evening. According to the motto: Everything can, nothing must!
Contrary to all Clichés we do not cook together due to different preferences and eating times. 😋 For this, it may occasionally give a common glass of wine or gin with plausch in the hallway. 😉

What we want from you? A good feeling for order and cleanliness – without being excessively pedantic. The massive use of disinfection spray or dishes stack in the sink/always leave hair in the sieve are both extremes that would not be so ideal. ðŸ ̃‰ A relaxed average – as you wish in a pleasant WG. So far, each one of us has taken on our own responsibility tasks in the budget, so that we have been clear to date without a cleaning plan – what we want to maintain.

Wir sind eine entspannte WG mit einer bunten Mischung aus kreativen Köpfen: Johny ist selbstständiger Webentwickler und Videoeditor, Pluem steckt gerade in den letzten Zügen seiner Bachelorarbeit im Studiengang Mobile Medien an der HdM – und Sophia, die über vier Jahre Teil der WG war, zieht nun mit ihrem Freund zusammen.

Bei uns geht’s locker zu: Jeder hat sein eigenes Leben und seine eigenen Freundeskreise, deswegen hängen wir nicht rund um die Uhr miteinander ab. Aber wir verstehen uns super und wenn doch mal was aufkommt, wird offen drüber gesprochen – ganz unkompliziert. Momentan sind wir ab und zu beim Pub Quiz am Start oder sitzen bei gutem Wetter gemütlich im Café. Und wer weiß: Wenn es passt, kommt vielleicht bald auch mal wieder eine WG-Party oder ein gemeinsamer Spiele- bzw. Filmeabend dazu. Ganz nach dem Motto: Alles kann, nichts muss!
Entgegen aller Clichés kochen wir übrigens aufgrund unterschiedlicher Vorlieben und Essenszeiten nicht zusammen. 😋 Dafür gibt’s vielleicht ab und zu ein gemeinsames Glas Wein oder Gin mit Plausch auf dem Flur. 😉

Was wir uns von dir wünschen? Ein gutes Gespür für Ordnung und Sauberkeit – ohne übertrieben pedantisch zu sein. Die massenhafte Anwendung von Desinfektionsspray oder Geschirr im Waschbecken stapeln/immer Haare im Sieb lassen sind also beides Extreme, die nicht so ideal wären. 😉 Ein entspanntes Mittelmaß eben – wie man es sich in einer angenehmen WG wünscht. Jeder von uns hat bisher eigenverantwortlich Aufgaben im Haushalt übernommen, sodass wir bisher gut ohne einen Putzplan klar gekommen sind – was wir gerne beibehalten wollen.

Message if you are interested, and say to us, for example: who are you, what are you doing, why are you in Stuttgart, why do you have to (or want) move, why are you looking for a WG, how do you imagine the WG life, play a loud musical instrument, there are character characteristics that you should know, what would disturb you in a WG, what could you not give up, etc?

The more information you give, the better chances you have on a viewing date. For the visits, we take enough time to get to know. If you send us your Insta profile (but is not a must!), please note that the account is not private, otherwise we cannot see anything.

Je mehr Infos ihr gebt, desto bessere Chancen habt ihr auf einen Besichtigungstermin. Für die Besichtigungen nehmen wir uns genug Zeit für ein Kennenlernen.
