Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines 3-Familienhauses. Das Haus ist ein renovierter Altbau, die Wohnung selbst ist in sehr gutem renoviertem Zustand. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber komfortabel und hat einen grandiosen Blick über Stuttgart. Es ist vollständig möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Regal und Kleiderstange
Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet (Herd, Kühlschrank, Besteck, Geschirr, etc.) und hat auch einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt. Im frisch renovierten Bad befindet sich eine Badewanne mit Dusche sowie ein großer Spiegelschrank.
The apartment is situated on the top floor of a house with three apartments. The house itself is old, but renovated, the apartment itself is in very good condition. The room is small, but comfortable and offers an amazing view across Stuttgart. It is fully furnished: a bed, desk, chair, drawer and a clothes rail.
The kitchen is fully equipped (Oven, stove, fridge, freezer, dish washes, all necessary dishes and cooking utensils) and also features a wonderful view across Stuttgart. The bathroom is newly renovated and includes a bathtub with shower and a large mirror cabinet.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt - ruhig in Halbhöhenlage in einer Sackgasse, mit tollem Blick über Stuttgart. Die Wohnung liegt nur einen Steinwurf vom Wald entfernt, ideal für Freizeitsportler (Bärenseen, Solitude, etc.).
Auf der anderen Seite ist die Stadt sehr nah: die nächste Bushaltestelle (Endhaltestelle) ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die nächste S-Bahnhaltestelle (Schwabstraße) ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß (oder mit dem Bus). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Discounter, Tankstelle, Baumarkt, Getränkemarkt) gibt es ebenfalls in fußläufiger Entfernung. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Straße sind kein Problem.
The apartment is perfectly located - half way up the hill surrounding Stuttgart in a dead end street, with a wonderful view across Stuttgart. The next forest is very close by, ideal for sports activities (running, mountain biking etc.)
At the same time, the center of Stuttgart is very close: the next bus station is 5 minutes away and it only takes 10-15 minutes to reach the S-Bahn station Schwabstraße. Shopping (supermarkets, gas station, hardware store, beverages market) are within walking distance. Parking is typically available in the street.
Alle WG-Bewohner sind angenehm und ruhig, auf ein gutes Miteinander wird viel Wert gelegt. Die WG ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Bewohner sind Studenten bzw. Praktikanten und zwischen 20 und 30 Jahre alt. Sie kommen aus unterschiedlichen Ländern - derzeit aus Dänemark, Peru und Deutschland.
All of the people living in the apartment are very friendly, it is important to all of them to get along well with each other. There is typically an international mix of people - currently the tenants come from Germany, Denmark and Peru. All of them are students or interns and are between 20 and 30 years old.
Im Haus befindet sich im Keller eine Waschküche, die von der WG mitbenutzt werden kann. Ein eigener Waschmaschinenanschluss für die Wohnung ist vorhanden. Ein Garten kann gegen Mithilfe bei der Pflege mitbenutzt werden. Eine Kehrwoche gibt es nicht, nur eine Beteiligung am Schneeräumdienst im Winter.
There is a laundry room in the basement of the house, which can also be used by the people living in the apartment. A connection for an own washing machine would be available. You can use a garden in return for helping with maintaining it. There is no "Kehrwoche", but all the people in the house share the responsibility to clean away ice and snow in the winter.
