NEUGRÜNDUNG:
Altbau WG sucht neue Mitbewohner/innen.
Von der Diele gehen 3 Zimmer ab, eines davon wäre dann Deins. Die Küche hat einen Balkon, das Bad und die Toilette sind getrennt. Das Bad schliesst an die Küche an.
Die Zimmer sind rechteckig geschnitten und 17 oder 25qm groß. 17qm kosten 432€, 25qm kosten 576€ warm.
Die Wohnung liegt am Hölderlinplatz. Die Parkplatzsituation ist wie überall im Westen grauslig.
Gordon (44) fotografiert und reist und kocht und ist ein ganz entspannter alter WG Hase.
In meinen bisherigen WGs pflegten wir ein entspanntes Leben und leben lassen und waren weder eine Zweck-WG noch klebten wir ständig aneinander, aber wir pflegten einen sehr herzlichen Umgang und quatschten oder verhockten gern miteinander, immer mit viel Rücksicht aufeinander, offenen Ohren und Herzen.
Gesunder Menschenverstand, Offenheit und auch Rücksicht im Zusammenleben mit anderen sollte auch für Dich selbstverständlich sein.
Dein Zimmer hat zw. 17 und 20qm, aktuell sind 2 Zimmer frei, das 3. wäre meins. Ich bewerbe mich selber auf die Wohnung und wäre dann der Hauptmieter.
