Gemütliches und helles 14 qm2 Zimmer mit einem großen Fenster. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Badezimmer, eine extra Toilette und eine kleine aber praktische Küche.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral aber doch ruhig. Ein Edeka ist in nur einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar und ein Lidl in ungefähr 6 Minuten.
Zur U-bahn (Schloß-/Johannesstraße) U34/U2/U14/U29 braucht man nicht mal 5 Minuten zu Fuß, nach 2 Minuten kann man in der Stadtmitte aussteigen. S-Bahn (Feuersee) erreicht man auch fußläufig in ca. 8 Minuten. Eine bessere Lage gibt es echt kaum.
Die Wohnung ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von der Universität Stuttgart ( Campus Stadtmitte) und der Hochschule für Technik, also auch optimal für Studenten.
Deine Zukünftige Mitbewohnerin (Clarissa) ist nur noch für einen Monat da. Sie zieht auch Ende Mai aus. Für diesen Monat bekommst du die ruhigste, netteste und sauberste Mitbewohnerin der Welt.
Die Möbel im Zimmer (außer dem Bett) kann man ggf. übernehmen.
