Hallo zusammen,
da sich unsere WG auflöst, sind zwei Zimmer frei. Das dritte ist bereits vergeben an Leonora (21 Jahre alt, Praktikantin).
Die Wohnung wurde 2018 komplett renoviert. Das Zimmer, aus dem ich ausziehe, ist vollmöbliert: Bett inkl. Lattenrost und Matratze (140cm), Tisch, Stuhl, Regal, Schrank und ausziehbares Schlafsofa
Die Miete enthält neben Wasser, Heizung und Strom bereits die Kosten für W-LAN, GEZ und einen Putzservice, der einmal monatlich vorbei schaut.

Die WG ist einerseits recht zentral gelegen, sodass man auch zu Fuß schnell in der Innenstadt ist. Anderseits bietet der wohnliche Flair des Stuttgarter Westens sowie der nahegelegene Kräherwald und der Unipark auch Raum zu entspannen.
ÖPNV (Haltestelle Russische Kirche):
U4: ca. 5 min bis Stadtmitte
Buslinie 40: ca. 7 min bis zum Hbf
Ansonsten findet sich auch schon in der Kornbergstraße alles was man braucht: Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger, Post, Apotheke, Blumenladen, BW-Bank, ...
