Ich vermiete ein 20qm großes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete ab 1.10 bis 31.12.2021. Das Zimmer ist bereits möbliert und muss für die 3 Monate so übernommen werden.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung liegt im Stuttgarter Westen. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustüre. Rewe und Lidl sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Viele Cafés und Konditoreien sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Normal sind wir eine 3er WG, allerdings ist ein Mädchen im Auslandssemester weshalb wir die Wohnung aktuell nur zu zweit bewohnen. Lisa, deine Mitbewohnerin ist Studentin und macht gerade ihr Praktikum.
