Die Wohnung ist eine charmante 4-Zimmer Altbauwohnung im 2. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Alle Zimmer haben Dielenboden und hohe Räume. Jede Mitbewohnerin hat ein großes (ca. 22 m2) Zimmer. Gemeinsame Räume sind die Küche, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Balkon.
Zum 12.2. werden zwei WG Zimmer frei. Jedes Zimmer wird für 550€ (Miete + Nebenkosten) vermietet.

Die WG liegt total zentral in der Nähe der S-Bahn Haltestelle Feuersee im Stuttgarter Westen. Die Lage ist super. Kneipen, Restaurants, Supermärkte sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir teilen uns die Wohnung zu dritt.
Die WG wird ab Februar neu gegründet. Es ist eine berufstätigen WG für Frauen in der gemeinsam verbrachte Abende genauso Platz haben wie Rückzug und für sich sein.

Alle Wohnungen im Haus werden ausschließlich an Frauen vermietet. Die Atmosphäre im Haus ist sehr entspannt und unkompliziert. Auch zu den anderen WGs gibt es gute Kontakte. Es finden total nette gemeinsame Abende statt, wie zusammen kochen, spielen, Filme schauen…. ohne Verpflichtung oder Erwartung.
