Sehr helles und großes Zimmer mit elektronischen Rollläden. Bis auf das Bett würde ich dir Möbel im Zimmer lassen und gegen eine Ablöse von 120 Euro abgeben.
Die WG liegt im Westen, also im Herzen, Stuttgarts. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar (Lidl, Rewe).
Zur U-Bahn sind es 3 min zu Fuß und zur S Bahn Schwabstraße ca. 10 min.
In der Nähe gibt es viele kleine Cafés und nette kleine Läden :)
Deine neuen Mitbewohner (Chris) und :innen (Lea) sind die coolsten! Warum? Es gibt jede Woche mindestens einmal WG Maultaschensalat!
Lea studiert Umweltschutztechnik (also eine Uschi) und joggt, kocht, wandert, reist gerne in Ihrer Freizeit.
Chris studiert irgendwas mit Musik und ist der kreative (aber auch Handwerkliche) Geist der WG :)
Wichtig zu sagen ist noch das vermutlich ab Mitte Mai ein kleiner Pflegehund in der WG lebt. Du solltest also keine Allergie gegen Hunde haben. In welcher Form auch immer 🤷🏽♂️
Du sollest auf jedenfall ein sauberer, kommunikativer, aufgeschlossener und witziger Mensch sein und ein Brotmesser besitzen :)
