Das Zimmer wir möbliert vermietet. Nach Absprache, kannst du aber auch deine Möbel mitbringen. Ich bin da sehr flexibel.
Die ganze Wohnung hat einen wunderbaren Holzboden und ist generell sehr Hell.
Sie liegt in einem Hinterhaus und ist damit auch schon ruhig.
Na haste schon Bock?

The whole Apartment has a wonderful hard wood floor. and the room is bright.
Beste Lage mitten im schönen und angesagten Westen.
Hinterhaus: Mitten drin und trotzdem ruhig.
2-5 Minuten zu Bus und U-Bahn, 10 Minuten zur S-Bahn Haltestelle Schwabstraße.
DM, Lidl, Naturgut, EDEKA,… Alles in der Nähe.
Viele schöne und ansprechende Cafés.
Wald gibt es in 3 Stationen mit der U-Bahn satt.
Beeeeste Lage, Bock hier zu leben?

Location of the Apartment in the middle of Stuttgart West (<= Best area in town ;-P ).
The Apartment is in a backside building so it is quite quiet.
But you only have a 5 minute walk to the next subway station (Schwab-/Bebelstraße) or 10 Minutes to the Trainstation Schwabstraße (Most S-Bahn take off from there, you will be in Böblingen in 20 Minutes).
DM, Lidl, Naturgut, EDEKA,… You can reach every Supermarket in under 10 Minutes.
Cafés, Restaurants,... Everything you love is in Walking distance.
And with a 15 Min walk or 3 Stops with the U-Bahn you will be in the woods for a nice quite walk to ground your self.
How does that sound?
Tageweise bin ich viel unterwegs und dann wieder intensiv zu hause.
Ein Schwatz auf dem Balkon oder im Wohn-/Esszimmer finde ich super. Ansonsten macht jeder sein Ding.
Alle 2 Wochen kommt die Putzfee und macht gründlich sauber.
In der Zwischenzeit kümmern wir uns dann beide darum, dass es wohnlich und aufgeräumt ist.
Ich stehe auf eine direkte Ansprache von Themen, damit nichts anbrennt.
Meißtens bin ich früh wach, mache Yoga und rumpel dann vielleicht in der Küche rum. Ich werde mich bemühen auf deine Routine Rücksicht zu nehmen.
Las und einfach kennen Lernen und den Zeilen eine Tiefe verleihen.
Ich freue mich darauf dich kennen zu lernen!

On some days i will be on the road and on others I will be in Home Office.
In the Morning I do Yoga, breathing exercises and Meditation. For that i get up early (5:00-5:30).
So it can be noisy, but i will do my best to reduce the noice to a minimum. if you like to sleep longer.
Every 2 Weeks the Clean Fairy will take care of the vacuming and cleaning of the Bathroom and the Kitchen, in the meantime we will make sure that the Kitchen and so on is tidy and clear.
I prefer direkt & honest talk if something is bothering. Then we will find a solution.
