Durch die Ausrichtung in den Hinterhof bekommst du vom Straßenverkehr nichts mit und hast schöne Sonne von Osten.
Die Miete beträgt pro Woche 100€, als Kaution werden weitere 100€ erwartet.
Die restliche Wohnung besteht aus einer Küche (inkl. Spül- und Waschmaschine), Bad mit Dusche, separatem WC und einem großen Balkon mit Zugang von der Küche sowie ein seperater Balkon direkt vom Zimmer ab. Fahrräder können im Hinterhof des Hauses abgestellt werden.
Die Lage in Stuttgart West ist spitzen klasse -
Im Stadtteil gibt es Viele Cafés, Bars und Kneipen, auch der Wald und die Karlshöhe, ein toller Park mit schöner Aussicht, sind einen Sprung entfernt.
Rewe, Edeka, dm, Bank und Lidl usw. sind alle quasi vor der Haustür.
In 3 Minuten bist du an der Sbahn, in 5 an der U-Bahn und es fahren auch mehrere Buslinien von hier ab.
