Das Zimmer ist 23qm groß und hat zwei Fenster. Das große ist in Richtung Süd-Westen, wodurch die Abendsonne ins Zimmer scheint. Es ist ganztägig ausreichend hell. Ausgestattet ist das Zimmer mit einem Bett (120x200cm), einem großen Holzschreibtisch (200cm Länge x 80cm tiefe). Außerdem gibt es einen Kleiderschrank und ein großes Regal mit ausreichend Stauraum. Die Couch und der Fernsehschrank ergänzen den Raum und bieten Platz für einen Fernseher. Die Couch kann ausgezogen werden und auch zum Schlafen genutzt werden. Ein Teppich macht den großen Raum gemütlich.
The is room is about 23qm large with 2 windows for a lot of daylight. The room is equipped with a wide bed (120x200cm), a desk, a wardrobe and a huge shelve with enough stowage space. Additionally, there is a couch, which can be used for sleeping as well.
Die WG hat eine top Lage mit guter Anbindung zum ÖPNV: 4 min zur S-Bahn Schwabstraße und 7 min zur U-Bahn Arndt-/Spittastraße. Dadurch ist man super schnell in der Stadtmitte, aber man kann auch schnell in Grüne gelangen. Ebenfalls gibt es einen Shuttle-Service zu dem Bosch-Standort Renningen. Läden des täglichen Bedarfs sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch Cafes und Restaurants gibt es einige in der Nähe.
The shared flat is located perfectly for commuting and getting around. You can reach the S-Bahn in 4 minutes and the Stadtbahn in 7 minutes, also there is a Shuttle-Service to the Bosch Renningen plant. Several supermarkets, Restaurants and cafes can be reached by foot.
Die WG wird eigentlich von 3 Mechatronik-Studenten und einem Sportwissenschafts-Studenten bewohnt. Wir
3 Mechatronik-Studenten sind für 2,5 Monate im Ausland, sodass drei der vier Zimmer in der WG untervermietet werden. In unserer WG wird ein offenes, freundliches Verhältnis gepflegt und Probleme werden offen angesprochen. Wir legen in der WG großen Wert darauf, dass die gemeinsam genutzten Räume sauber gehalten werden. Dafür gibt es einen Putzplan, sodass jede Woche Küche und Bad geputzt werden.
Currently three of us study mechatronics and one is enrolled in sport studies. The three of us will spend a few weeks abroad, therefore those three rooms are available for subletting. We enjoy open and direct communication. The common rooms are cleaned by one of us every week.
