Die WG ist auf zwei Stockwerken. Die Wohnung wurde 2018 ausgebaut und ist deshalb für eine Dachwohnung sehr gut isoliert. Für den Boden wurde hochwertiges Eichenparkett verlegt, was allen Räumen ein sehr warmes, angenehmes Flair gibt.
Im ersten Stock liegt die Küche, ein WC, das Wohn- und Esszimmer und dein Zimmer. Im zweiten Stock liegen kyras und Julians Zimmer, der Abstell- und Ankleide-Raum und das Bad.
Dein Zimmer ist das größte der WG und praktisch geschnitten.
Du hast ein sehr großes Fenster und von da aus einen ganz hübschen Blick nach Süden und über die Karlshöhe samt Fernsehturm.
Das Zimmer ist zum 1.05.2023 frei, aber Lösungen für frühere oder spätere Daten lassen sich sicher finden.

The flat share is on two floors. The flat was extended in 2018 and is therefore very well insulated for an attic flat. High-quality oak parquet flooring was laid for the floor, giving all rooms a very warm, pleasant flair.
On the first floor is the kitchen, a toilet, the big living and dining room and your room. On the second floor are Kyras room, Julian's room, the storage and dressing room and the bathroom.
Your room is the biggest oft the flat.
You have a very large window and a very nice view to the south and over the Karlshöhe including the TV tower.
The room is available from 01.05 but solutions for earlier and later dates can be found.

Die Beste. In 5 Gehminuten bist du an der S-Bahn-Haltestelle Schwabstraße (hier halten alle S-Bahn-Linien) oder beim Feuersee, in 2 Minuten am Bismarkplatz. Lidl, Penny, dm, Unverpacktladen und Rewe sind ebenso nah. Bars, romantische Aussichten, Parks und Grünanlagen sind zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Man kommt auch zu Fuß easy in die Clubs der Innenstadt.

Wenn du Lust auf eine lebendige WG hast, in der man sich aber auch super entspannen kann und Zuhause fühlt, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Da wir beide arbeiten wünschen wir uns, dass du unter der Woche auch eher einem geregelten Leben nachgehst.

(Good to know: You have to pay a small fee for the furniture in the common area. The basic rent is 467,3 plus heating, electricity, Wifi and GEZ. Calculate about 615 euros. And this is Miguel’s account, but Kyra and Julian take care of the requests :-).

Wir, das sind Julian (26) und Kyra (24).
Julian macht gerade sein Referendariat am Landgericht Stuttgart und ist damit unter der Woche und samstags recht viel eingespanmt. In freien Momenten liest er gerne, geht raus zum Sport machen oder auch mal feiern. Besonders stolz ist er auf seine Bierpong-Fähigkeiten. 🙃
Kyra arbeitete in einem Verein, der sich für erneuerbare Energien und Klimaschutz einsetzt. Am Wochenende ist sie normalerweise in der Kletterhalle oder tanzend auf einer Slackline im Park anzutreffen. Sie kocht gerne und freut sich jede Woche auf ihr SoLaWi Gemüse 🥬
Wir sind beide in unserer Freizeit gerne unterwegs und in Bewegung. 🏃🏽♂️🤸🏽♀️🏐🧗🏽♀️🕺🏽🤹🏽♀️🧘🏽♀️ 🚴
Wir haben auf jeden Fall Lust auf ein Miteinander und leben in der WG sehr harmonisch. Im Sommer gehen wir gerne raus und freuen und auf gemeinsame (spikeball, Tischtennis, jogging) Abenteuer. Kommst du mit ?:p

We are Julian (26) and Kyra (24).
Julian is doing his legal clerkship at the district court in Stuttgart and is quite busy during the week and on Saturdays. In his free moments he likes to read, go out to do sports or even party. He is particularly proud of his beer pong skills. 🙃
Kyra worked in an association that works for renewable energies and climate protection. On weekends she can usually be found at the climbing gym or dancing on a slackline in the park. She likes to cook and looks forward to her SoLaWi vegetables every week 🥬
We both like to be out and about in our free time. 🏃🏽♂️🤸🏽♀️🏐🧗🏽♀️🕺🏽🤹🏽♀️🧘🏽♀️ 🚴
We definitely feel like working together and live very harmoniously in the flat share. In summer we like to go outside and look forward to adventures together (spikeball, table tennis, jogging). Would you like to join us? :p
