Da ich im Wintersemester ins Ausland gehe, biete ich mein WG-Zimmer in dieser Zeit (Mitte August- Ende Dezember) zur Untermiete an. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und auch die anderen Räume sind voll ausgestattet- du brauchst also nur deine persönlichen Sachen mitbringen :)
Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Bett (1.60m), einem Nachttisch, einem Schreibtisch+Schreibtischstuhl, Kleiderschrank, Spiegel, 2 Kommoden und einem Schuhregal.
Die Miete beträgt 500 Euro warm (auch inklusive Wlan).
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses in Zuffenhausen. Sie liegt zentral zwischen S- und U-Bahn Station, in jeweils 5 min erreicht man die Haltestellen 'Bahnhof Zuffenhausen' oder 'Hohensteinstraße'.
Sowohl Porsche und Bosch, als auch die Stadt (Uni/ DHBW/ HfT) sind somit gut zu erreichen. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof braucht die S-Bahn ca. 8 Minuten.
Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ärzte und Apotheken befinden sich zahlreich in fußläufiger Nähe.
Da wir nur zu zweit wohnen, war unser WG-Leben immer sehr harmonisch, unkompliziert und entspannt. Es wäre also schön, wenn du Lust auf ein harmonisches Miteinander hast- der Rest ergibt sich dann von selbst :)
