The WG room is 16m2 tall, bright and light-filled – perfect for feeling well! There is plenty of space and storage space, as a wardrobe, a Kallax shelf, an additional small shelf and a desk are already available. These furniture must be taken over for 250 €, and if you don't need it later, you can resell it – that's exactly how I do it:)
So far, two dwarf rabbits have lived with me in the WG room, small info on the edge if you have an allergy :)
The apartment is on the 1st floor and offers on 120m2 , a kitchen (with dishwasher), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a storage chamber (with washing machine) and a hall with a cozy TV corner.
Incident costs include electricity, water, heating and Wi-Fi.
Das WG-Zimmer ist 16m² groß, hell und lichtdurchflutet – perfekt zum Wohlfühlen! Es bietet genügend Platz und Stauraum, da ein Kleiderschrank, ein Kallax-Regal, ein zusätzliches kleines Regal sowie ein Schreibtisch bereits vorhanden sind. Diese Möbel müssen für 250 € übernommen werden, und falls du sie später nicht mehr brauchst, kannst du sie weiterverkaufen – genau so mache ich es auch :)
Bisher haben mit mir im WG-Zimmer zwei Zwergkaninchen gelebt, kleine Info am Rande falls du eine Allergie hast :)
Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock und bietet auf 120m² , eine Küche (mit Geschirrspüler), ein Badezimmer, ein separates WC, eine Abstellkammer (mit Waschmaschine) und einen Flur mit gemütlicher Fernsehecke.
In den Nebenkosten ist Strom, Wasser, Heizung und WLAN enthalten.
The connection in Zuffenhausen is excellent. In a 3-5 minute walk you can reach the Stuttgart Railway Station in 10 minutes.
Die Anbindung in Zuffenhausen ist hervorragend. In 3-5 Gehminuten ist man am Zuffenhausener Bahnhof oder an der Stadtbahn und erreicht den Stuttgarter Hbf in 10 Minuten.
Our WG is currently home to Lea, Jacob, David and I.
Lea is on a special education course shortly before completing her Master's degree, works alongside the Youth Office and enjoys spending her free time with friends. Jakob studies vocational education in the main subject and social sciences in secondary and is very active athletic. David studies architecture and is a lot at university. I leave the WG after 2.5 years as I move to Stuttgart.
Despite that we are all much on the go, we attach great importance to a harmonious WG atmosphere. We look forward to seeing you cooking or relaxing together on the sofa. Our WG-Flur and the kitchen are ideal to occasionally throw a small party where everyone is there. Otherwise everyone has its regulated daily routine, and we respect it when someone needs his rest. In unserer WG wohnen derzeit Lea, Jakob, David und ich.
Lea steht kurz vor dem Abschluss ihres Masterstudiums zur Sonderpädagogin auf Lehramt, arbeitet nebenher beim Jugendamt und verbringt ihre Freizeit gerne mit Freunden. Jakob studiert Berufspädagogik im Hauptfach und Sozialwissenschaften im Nebenfach und ist sportlich sehr aktiv. David studiert Architektur und ist viel an der Uni. Ich verlasse die WG nach 2,5 Jahren, da ich nach Stuttgart ins Zentrum ziehe.
Trotz das wir alle viel unterwegs sind legen wir großen Wert auf eine harmonische WG-Atmosphäre. Wir freuen uns, wenn wir uns beim Kochen sehen oder gemeinsam auf dem Sofa entspannen. Unser WG-Flur und die Küche sind ideal, um gelegentlich eine kleine Party zu schmeißen, bei der alle dabei sind. Ansonsten hat jeder seinen geregelten Tagesablauf, und wir respektieren es, wenn jemand seine Ruhe braucht. Mal ist die Tür offen, mal geschlossen – du kennst es. :)
Moreover, your abilities in cleaning should not be grottenschlecht, so that everyone keeps the apartment clean as well. We have a cleaning plan that rotates every week.
Außerdem sollten Deine Fähigkeiten im Putzen nicht grottenschlecht sein, damit alle gleichermaßen die Wohnung sauber halten. Wir haben einen Putzplan der jede Woche rotiert.
