Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt neben der Haustür zusätzlich über eine separate eigene Eingangstür, die direkt in den Garten führt. Das ist besonders im Frühling und Sommer schön, da man es sich draußen gemütlich machen kann. Für ein Erdgeschosszimmer ist es hell, da 2 Fenster sowie eine Glastür vorhanden sind.
Ein Bett und ein Kleiderschrank sind vorhanden.

The room is on the ground floor and, in addition to the front door, also has its own separate entrance door that leads directly into the garden. This is especially nice in spring and summer, when you can relax outside. For a ground floor room it is light as there are 2 windows and a glass door.
A bed and a wardrobe are available.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der S-Bahnstation Zuffenhausen. Von dort aus erreicht man viele Ziele in Stuttgart und im Umland sehr schnell und ist nicht auf ein Auto angewiesen. Supermärkte, Drogeriemärkte, Ärzte und Apotheken sind problemos zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die U-Bahn-Haltestellen Hohensteinstraße und Kelterplatz sind zu Fuß in etwa 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
ENGLISH:
The apartment is near the Zuffenhausen S-Bahn station. From there you can reach many destinations in Stuttgart and the surrounding area very quickly and you don't have to rely on a car. Supermarkets, drugstores, doctors and pharmacies are within walking distance.
The underground stations Hohensteinstraße and Kelterplatz can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes.
In der WG leben aktuell neben mir 3 weitere Personen im Alter von 20 bis 30 Jahren. 2 sind berufstätig, eine studiert noch.
Es handelt sich um eine internationale WG, in der wir uns meistens auf Englisch unterhalten.
Aber keine Sorge: es werden keine besonderen Englisch-Kenntnisse erwartet, da alle Mitbewohner Deutsch verstehen und auch sprechen.
Das Zusammenleben in der WG ist angenehm und rücksichtsvoll. Die Wohung ist in einem ordentlichen Zustand, da sich alle Mitbewohner an den gemeinsamen Reinigungsplan halten.
ENGLISH:
In addition to me, 3 other people between the ages of 20 and 30 live in the flat share. 2 are employed, one is still studying.
It is an international flat share where we mostly talk in English.
Living together in the shared apartment is pleasant and considerate. The apartment is in good condition, as all roommates stick to the common cleaning plan.
Küche:
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine neuwertige Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine. Auch eine Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach sowie eine Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Bad / Gäste-WC:
Das neuwertige Bad verfügt über eine Duschkabine sowie eine Toilette. Da die Renovierung nicht lange her ist, sieht alles top aus. Daneben ist noch das separate Gäste-WC hervorzuheben.
Das WG-Zimmer ist ab dem 01.03.2022 verfügbar.
Wichtig: Ich selbst bin nur Mieter. Die Entscheidung über Nachmieter trifft der Vermieter.
Nach Absprache ist eine Besichtung / Online-Besichtigung möglich.

Kitchen:
The apartment has a new fitted kitchen with a dishwasher. There is also a fridge with a large freezer compartment and a washing machine.
Bathroom / guest toilet:
The new bathroom has a shower cubicle and a toilet. Since the renovation was not long ago, everything looks great. There is also a separate guest toilet.
The shared room is available from March 1st, 2022.
Important: I myself am only a tenant. The decision on subsequent tenants is made by the landlord.
A viewing / online viewing is possible by arrangement.
