I, Sai Adimulam, am a recent graduate of the M.Sc. Food systems program at the University of Hohenheim, having conducted my thesis research on hemp protein. Originating from India, I am now in the process of applying for jobs/research roles. In love with Germany's current vegan movement, I hope to stay here for another year and apply myself in the Research and innovation sector to contribute as a global citizen. And I cook amazing food, work out daily, play every sport ( but cricket), binge anime, and always open to discuss any topic super deep.
