Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und geräumig und hat ein großes Fenster. Außerdem ist es möbeliert. Die Wohnung ist ca. 100qm groß, es gibt zwei Bäder und eine große Küche inklusive Sofa Ecke.
Das Studentenwohnheim befindet sich in Stuttgart Nord, direkt neben der Haltestelle „Milchhof“. Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man mit der Bahn nur drei Minuten und das Einkaufszentrum Milaneo mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist innerhalb 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Aktuell sind wir drei Jungs, die sich sehr gut verstehen und gerne Abends auch mal ein Bier zusammen trinken oder kochen. Natürlich hat aber auch jeder seine Privatsphäre und kann sich jeder Zeit zurückziehen.
In der Miete ist alles enthalten, Kaution fällt für den kurzen Zeitraum nicht an.
