A room in our flat will be available starting September lasting until the end of December. The room is 16qm. with a north-facing window that is shaded by trees, which keeps it relatively cool. One wall-mounted bookshelf and one cabinet will stay in the room (see pictures). The previous tenant can also leave the bed frame (140cm) if needed (without a mattress).
The apartment is located 2min walking distance from Nordbahnhof (U12, S4, S5, S6/60). Rosensteinpark, Killesbergpark, & Schlosspark can all be reached within 5-10 minutes walking.
My current roommate is moving into his own flat, and leaving the apartment earlier than expected, so the room is available from September until the end of December (in January the Hauptmieter will be moving back in).
Since my current roommate and I are friends we spend a lot of time together, but there’s no pressure to have the same kind of dynamic. We currently share groceries, but I am open to keeping things separate especially if our dietary needs do not align. The atmosphere in the flat is rather casual, and as long as the general peace is kept it is no problem to have friends over.
As for myself, I am a student at the University of Hohenheim studying Biology. During the semester I’m usually busy during the day, and when I’m at home I’m normally cleaning, or working on a craft project.
