Hi! My name is Zlata and I want to rent you a nice furnished room in a big apartment
My neighbour is moving to Munchen on 25th of February, that’s why a big space will be empty. The room includes: working table + chair, wardrobe, sofa, bed, commode and if you a girl – makeup table. If you are a guy – this Make-up table can be removed :)
Second room in the apartment is mine, so I don’t provide pictures. But we will also have:
🌸 a cosy kitchen, freshly renovated
🌸 bathroom
🌸 a third room that can be used as laundry room and a storage room, or whatever you want because it’s empty
🌸 nice balcony with chairs and a view to the garden (if you smoke – feel free)
Most part of the time I will be out of the apartment, because I have to travel. So most of the time you will be alone in the apartment ☹️
The price of the room with the furniture, all utilities, full access to all rooms (despite of mine) and a nice neighbour (if you need support during hard days) is 750 Euro 😄
The room is around 22 meters
The full apartment is 87-90 meters
In 1-2 mins walk you have U-Bahn station called “Mittnachtstraße”, so in 6 mins you are already at Hauptbahnhof
If you work for Mercedes or T-Systems, then you will be in Leinfelden-Echterdingen already in 30 mins :)
Also in 3-4 min you have Lidl/ Edeka/ DM
In 15 mins walk a big shopping center 🛍️
About myself: I’m very open minded person and very understanding and “open soul”, so it’s never going to be a problem to find a common language. All crazy ideas will be supported by me :)
By education I’m a lawyer but work for an IT-company for many years 😎
We also have very nice neighbours in the entire house, they are all very chill, so if you like to listen to music or have a small party (but not a crazy one with destroying everything what you see) – always welcome
