Auf dich wartet ein helles möbliertes Zimmer mit eigenem Mini-Balkon und Nachmittagssonne.
Die Wände sind frisch gestrichen.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Schlafsofa (Liegefläche 140 cm breit), einem kleinen Bücherregal, Couchtisch, Kleiderschrank, Tisch, 2 Stühlen, Stehlampe. Wenn du möchtest, kann ich den Tisch auch durch einen größeren Schreibtisch austauschen.
Bettwäsche ist vorhanden.
Das Zimmer ist Teil einer voll möblierten 3-Zimmer-Wohnung, in der ich auch selbst wohne. Treppenhaus mit Fahrstuhl.
Das große Wohn-/Esszimmer mit West-Balkon, die Küche mit Sitzmöglichkeit für 2 Personen (Frühstück im Morgensonnenschein 😊), Tageslicht-Bad und WC können wir gemeinsam nutzen. Es gibt einen Wäschekeller und eine Fahrrad-Remise vor dem Haus.

Wohnzimmer: WLAN, Fernseher, DVD-Player.
Küche: Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Wassersprudler, Wasserkocher, Kaffee-Maschine, Toaster, Töpfe, Geschirr, Besteck.

Hi, my name is Stefanie.
I am looking for a quiet flatmate (female, non-smoker) for
half of my apartment in Stuttgart-Heumaden: Furnished room with it’s own mini-balcony as well as shared use of the large living/dining room with west-facing balcony, the fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet, laundry room, bicycle shed.
Since I am not much at home, you would frequently have the apartment all to yourself, with the exception of my private room.

Sehr gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel: Die Haltestelle Bockelstraße (U7, U8, U15 und Bus Nr. 65) ist zu Fuß nur fünf Minuten entfernt. Reine Fahrtzeit zum Hbf: 17 Minuten. Zum Flughafen mit dem Bus, ohne Umsteigen: 32 Min.
Sillenbucher Markt, Supermärkte, Drogeriemarkt, Apotheken, einige Restaurants in der Nähe.
Die Felder beginnen gleich hinter den Häusern: ideal zum Joggen oder für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge.

Stop Bockelstraße (U7, U8, U15, Bus 65) only 5 minutes walk. Direct connections to Stuttgart city center (15 minutes), Stuttgart main station (17 minutes) and Stuttgart airport (33 minutes).

Stores and some restaurants nearby. The apartment is also close to the fields where you can go jogging or take extended walks.

Ich bin Journalistin und 51 Jahre alt. Ich singe in einem Chor, spiele Gitarre und tanze gern.
Wenn ich zu Hause bin, finde ich es schön, mal gemeinsam zu kochen oder einfach bei einem Kaffee zu quatschen.
