Ich untervermiete mein sonniges und ruhiges Zimmer für 17 Tage, natürlich möbliert. Es umfasst ein kleines Schlafzimmer (10,5m2) und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer (16m2). Küche mit Balkon und Tageslichtbad werden mit meiner super freundlichen Mitbewohner geteilt. 380€ (für 17 Tage) ist alles inklusive. 300€ Kaution bekommst du direkt zurück, wenn du nett zu meinem/deinem Zimmer bist. Wenn du das Zimmer früher oder später brauchst, sag mir einfach Bescheid, und wir können es ausarbeiten.

I am subletting my sunny and quiet room for 17days, furnished of course. It includes a bedroom (10,5m2) and a spacious living room (16m2). Kitchen with balcony and daylight bathroom are shared with my super friendly roommate. 380€ (for 17 days) is all inclusive. 300€ deposit will give back to you directly, when you are nice to my/your room. If you need the room sooner or later, just let me know and we can work it out.
Von der U-Bahn-Station Erwin-Schöttle-Platz sind es 5 Gehminuten bis zur Wohnung. Die Linien U1, U9 und U34 sowie die Buslinie 42 fahren von Erwin aus in die ganze Stadt. Die Buslinie 41 ist gleich um die Ecke. Zum Marienplatz sind es ebenfalls nur 10 Gehminuten, dort gibt es viele Restaurants, Bars, Cafés, Supermärkte (2 Rewe und Bio Markt denn's) und dm.

It is a 5-minute walk from the Erwin-Schöttle-Platz U-Bahn station to the apartment. The U1, U9 and U34 lines as well as bus line 42 run from Erwin to anywhere in the city. Bus line 41 is just around the corner. To Marienplatz is also only a 10-minute walk away, where there are many restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarkets (2 Rewe and Bio Markt denn's) and dm.
Ich wohne seit der letzten WG mit Chris (32) zusammen. Er ist ein sehr ordentlicher und sauberer Mitbewohner. (Einmal hat er sogar unter der Badewanne geputzt!) Er kocht gerne super leckeres veganes Essen. Das Beste ist, dass er sein Essen gerne teilt (meistens). Manchmal machen wir nach stressigen Arbeitstagen einen Spaziergang im Wald.

I've been living with Chris (32) since the last shared flat. He's a very tidy and clean flatmate. (He even cleaned under the bathtub once!) He likes to cook super tasty vegan food. The best thing is that he likes to share his food (most of the time). Sometimes we go for a walk in the woods after a stressful day at work.
