Ich werde die 2er WG verlassen und suche daher einen Nachmieter oder eine Nachmieterin für meine zwei Zimmer.
Das WG Zimmer ist insgesamt 25qm groß und durch eine Wand getrennt, das heißt es gibt einen Wohn- und Schlafbereich.
Ausgestattet sind die Zimmer mit einem 1,60 großem Palettenbett, 2 Kleiderstangen und 2 Regalen. Fernseher für Netlfix Abende und einen Ventilator für heiße Sommertage gibt es auch.
Die Möbel müssen nicht zwingend übernommen werden aber können gerne nach Bedarf für kleines Geld dableiben :)
Unsere WG liegt in einem Büroviertel abseits der B27. Meistens ist es hier eher ruhig, selbst die angrenzenden Gleise und die Baustellen stören einen durch die Schalldichten Fenster nicht.
Die Anbindung ist super da zwei U-Bahn Stationen (Pragfriedhof und Nordbahnhof) fußläufig innerhalb 3-5 Minuten erreichbar sind.
Falls du ein Auto hast kann man hier an der Straße kostenlos parken. Sollte mal viel los sein gibt es im Umkreis von 500 Metern auch noch Parkmöglichkeiten.
Patricia wird weiterhin in der WG wohnen. Sie ist sehr ordentlich und offen für gemeinsame Kochabende. Aktuell schreibt Sie Ihre Masterarbeit.
