What to say... is it even more beautiful in Stuttgart than in Tübinger Straße? You never want to live somewhere else once again - at least we are. Tübinger street is sown by small bars, cafes, restaurants and a disproportionately high density of seconhand shops. As a bicycle road (with the exception of residents), traffic noises are very limited, the colorful driving in front of the front door is heard as a beautiful city whisper - it was never too loud here. At Marienplatz (1-5 minutes walk - depending on how fast you are) is the subway station, REWE, DM, Denns-Biomarkt, Happy Baker and what else you need for the physical well-being. The Zacke brings a fast "to the mountains" - for walking or cycling or evening-off with city views. About 10 minutes on foot, the Heslach indoor swimming pool with swimming pool and sauna is at fantastic prices and once in the other direction our home cinema. On foot there are 20 minutes to the centre (but who wants to go when you live in the south) and about as long in the west (always better). With the train correspondingly shorter. End of the advertising block :)

Was soll man sagen...geht es noch schöner in Stuttgart als in der Tübinger Straße? Einmal hier will man wohl nie wieder woanders wohnen - so geht es zumindest uns. Die Tübinger Straße ist gesät von kleinen Bars, Cafés, Restaurants und einer überproportional hohen Dichte an Seconhand-Läden. Als Fahrradstraße (mit Ausnahme von Bewohner*innen) halten sich Verkehrsgeräusche sehr in Grenzen, das bunte Treiben vor der Haustür hört man als schönes Großstadtgeflüster - zu laut war es uns hier noch nie. Am Marienplatz (1-5 Minuten zu Fuß - je nachdem, wie schnell du bist) befindet sich die U-Bahn-Station, REWE, DM, Denns-Biomarkt, Happy Baker und was man sonst noch für das leibliche Wohl benötigt. Die Zacke bringt einen schnell "auf die Berge" - zum Spazierengehen oder Fahrradfahren oder Feierabendbieren mit Stadtblick. Etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß steht das Heslacher Hallenbad mit Schwimmbecken und Sauna zu traumhaften Preisen und einmal in die andere Richtung unser Hauskino. Zu Fuß sind es 20 Minuten ins Zentrum (aber wer will da hin, wenn man im Süden wohnt) und etwa genauso lange in den Westen (schon besser). Mit der Bahn entsprechend kürzer. Ende des Werbeblocks :)

We feel very comfortable here and at home and are not a purpose WG, but it applies: everything can't have to do anything - our WG life has been very relaxed so far, so you always knew what is going on in the lives of others and you like to sit on our balcony with wine, beer or other treats. We were and are all very busy and enjoy it very much that the WG life does not bring great "social commitments" and it is always absolutely right to close the door behind itself. However, we are open to all new ideas:)
IMPORTANT: Communication. It is very important to us to communicate things that bother you directly - otherwise there is only unnecessary stress in a WG.

To us...
Charlotte (25) is a coffee and art enthusiast. She loves yoga, long walks and any kind of podcasts, from True Crime to politics. In their spare time they are usually found on trips, in nature or in basketball games.

Judith (32) loves books, music and discussions about the important things in the world - so she also needs the largest room in the WG (book shelves, piano, double bass, e-bass, guitar, violin). It plays in a band and other musical formations, which is why it is also practiced repeatedly - of course, in latitude.

And then there's Lucy, Charlotte's faithful bitch, who comes to visit occasionally. If you have no problem with dogs, that would be a plus:)

We're out of the hard student WG life, which is why we don't have the pleasure of stacked unwashed dishes in the sink or demolition WG parties. So far it has always worked without a cleaning plan and without a dispute and it would be nice if that would remain like this:) For friends, family, partners etc., our doors are wide open and there is also room for overnight stays.

Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl und zu Hause und sind keine Zweck-WG, aber es gilt: Alles kann nichts muss - unser WG-Leben war bisher sehr entspannt, so dass man immer wusste, was gerade im Leben der Anderen abgeht und man gern mal auf unserem Balkon bei Wein, Bier oder anderen Genussmitteln zusammen sitzt. Wir waren und sind aber alle auch ganz gut beschäftigt und genießen es sehr, dass das WG-Leben keine großen "sozialen Verpflichtungen" mit sich bringt und es immer absolut in Ordnung ist, auch einmal die Türe hinter sich zu schließen. Wir sind jedoch für alle neuen Ideen offen:)
GANZ WICHTIG: Kommunikation. Uns ist es sehr wichtig, Dinge die einen stören direkt zu kommunizieren - sonst gibts in einer WG ja doch nur unnötigen Stress.

Zu uns....
Charlotte (25) bezeichnet sich als Kaffee- und Kunstenthusiastin. Sie liebt Yoga, lange Spaziergänge und jegliche Art von Podcasts, von True Crime bis Politik. In ihrer Freizeit findet man sie meistens auf Reisen, in der Natur oder bei Basketballspielen.

Judith (32) liebt Bücher, Musik und Diskussionen über die wichtigen Dinge der Welt - deshalb braucht sie auch das größte Zimmer in der WG (Bücherregal, Piano, Kontrabass, E-Bass, Gitarre, Violine). Sie spielt in einer Band und anderen musikalischen Formationen, weshalb auch immer wieder geübt wird - natürlich in Zimmerlautstärke.

Und dann gibt es noch Lucy, Charlottes treue Hündin, die ab und zu zu Besuch kommt. Wenn du mit Hunden kein Problem hast wäre das ein Plus:)

Wir sind aus dem harten Studentinnen-WG-Leben raus, weshalb wir nicht mehr so Lust auf gestapeltes ungespültes Geschirr in der Spüle oder Abriss-WG-Partys haben. Bisher hat es immer ohne Putzplan und ohne Streit geklappt und es wäre schön, wenn das so bleiben würde:) Für Freund*innen, Familie, Partner*innen etc. stehen unsere Türen weit offen und Platz zum Übernachten findet sich auch immer.
