Hello together,
we are looking for a new resident for a nuclear refurbished apartment in the DG. The apartment has been refurbished from scratch about five years ago, everything is completely new and high-quality renovated. Half a year ago the free room was painted white and renovated.
A nice, cumbersome, family-run roommate is sought.
The WG is in the DG of a multi-family house.
In the room there is a bed, wardrobe, desk, shelves etc.
The daylight bath is equipped with a shower and a well-equipped kitchen with dining table with all appliances and kitchenware is also available. We even have a dishwasher :-)
In the basement there is a lockable space, for example for bicycles. A coin washing machine and dryer are also available.
Otherwise, all important furnishings are present, you don't need to bring much, except your private stuff;-)
Internet is included in the rent.
In the cold rental almost everything is included (insurance, garbage, general electricity). On water and gas you make an advance payment, at the end of your rental period an exact billing takes place. Electricity is charged directly with the provider.
Well, you should be between 20 and 30. It is important to cleanliness and order, smoking is not allowed, as little as pets. It would be good if you were a student, a career starter or alike.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are numerous shopping facilities, banks, pharmacies etc. From the apartment you can reach all important transportation easily on foot. Large companies like Daimler, Mahle, Bosch, Porsche are easy and quick to reach.

wir suchen einen neuen Bewohner/in für eine kernsanierte Wohnung im DG. Die Wohnung ist vor ca. fünf Jahren von Grund auf saniert worden, alles ist komplett neu und hochwertig saniert. Vor einem halben Jahr wurde das freie Zimmer weiß gestrichen und renoviert.
Gesucht wird ein netter, umgänglicher, wg-erfahrener Mitbewohner bzw. Mitbewohnerin.
Die WG ist im DG eines Mehrfamilienhauses.
In dem Zimmer befindet sich ein Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Regale usw.
Das Tageslichtbad ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet und eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch mit allen Geräten und Küchenutensilien ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir haben sogar einen Spülmaschine :-)
Im Keller gibt es einen abschließbaren Raum z.B. für Fahrräder. Eine Münz-Waschmaschine und -Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Ansonsten sind alle wichtigen Einrichtungsgegenstände vorhanden, Du brauchst außer Deinen privaten Sachen eigentlich nicht viel mitzubringen ;-)
Internet ist in der Miete enthalten.
In der Kalt-Miete ist fast alles inbegriffen (Versicherung, Müll, Allgemeinstrom). Auf Wasser und Gas leistet ihr eine Vorauszahlung, am Ende eurer Mietdauer findet dann eine exakte Abrechnung statt. Strom rechnet ihr direkt mit dem Versorger ab.
Nun zu Dir: Du solltest optimalerweise zwischen 20 und 30 sein. Wichtig ist Sauberkeit und Ordnung, Rauchen ist übrigens nicht gestattet, genauso wenig wie Haustiere. Prima wäre, wenn Du auch Student, Berufseinsteiger oder ähnliches wärst.
In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Banken, Apotheken usw. Von der Wohnung aus erreicht Ihr alle wichtigen Verkehrsmittel bequem zu Fuss. Große Unternehmen wie Daimler, Mahle, Bosch, Porsche sind einfach und schnell zu erreichen.
So genug zur Wohnung, wenn Ihr Interesse habt, dann meldet Euch einfach via der Nachrichtenfunktion.

- In unmittelbarer Nähe kann mit Bewohnerparkausweis geparkt. Normalerweise gestaltet sich die Parkplatzsuche recht einfach
You should ideally be a student or an intern. It is not a purpose-WG. Cleanliness and order are just as important as living together. Pets and smokers are not allowed. Since everything is completely new, we place great value on order and careful handling of the facility. You don't need anything to bring, the WG is fully equipped.
Du solltest idealerweise Student oder Praktikant sein. Es handelt sich nicht um eine Zwecke-WG. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind genauso wichtig geselliges zusammen wohnen. Haustiere und Raucher sind nicht erlaubt. Da alles komplett neu ist legen wir sehr großen Wert auf Ordnung und einen sorgsamen Umgang mit der Einrichtung. Mitzubringen braucht ihr nichts, die WG ist komplett ausgestattet.

Another important info for handing over the room when extracting. We want everything to be perfectly clean when moving in, so the pull-out leaves the room neatly. Due to poor experience with the cleanliness of the WG during the excerpt, we agreed: Your room and the common rooms will be handed over by you, a cleaning service will look through everything and thoroughly clean. The cleaning service costs a flat rate of 150 euros. Sounds hard perhaps, but the experience has shown that there are always people who do not know how to use a cleaning cloth ;-)
The minimum rental period is 12 months.
Ihr erreicht uns am Besten via E-Mail. Bitte schreibt uns wer ihr seid, was ihr macht und einfach ein bißchen was von euch damit wir ein besseren Eindruck bekommen ob ihr zu uns passt. Noch eine wichtige Info zur Übergabe des Zimmers beim Auszug. Wir möchten, dass beim Einzug alles perfekt sauber ist, deshalb hinterlässt der Ausziehende das Zimmer ordentlich. Auf Grund schlechter Erfahrungen mit der Sauberkeit der WG beim Auszug haben wir folgendes vereinbart: Dein Zimmer und die Gemeinschaftsräume werden von dir ordentlich übergeben, ein Reinigungsservice wird nochmals alles durchschauen und gründlich reinigen. Der Reinigungsservice kostet pauschal 150 Euro. Hört sich vielleicht hart ab, aber die Erfahrung hat gezeigt, dass es immer wieder Leute gibt die nicht wissen wie ein Putzlappen zu bedienen ist ;-)
Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 12 Monate.
