as I move a heavy heart, my room is released for rent in a rather cool WG from 15.06.2025.
Your future room in our 5 WG is 21m2 tall and south-east oriented. This gives you a lot of light throughout the morning and noon in the room, through the four large windows throughout the day! Exterior role. Since our house was renovated a few years ago and the windows were renewed, it is really nicely quiet in your room despite its central location.
Our WG extends generously over the 2nd and 3rd floor of the residential building (Maisonette Apartment), which is why it doesn't even notice that we live here to fifth.
Your room is in the 2nd OG - here is a common bathroom, the spacious living room with dining area and our kitchen. The bathroom was completely renovated 2 years ago. You will find another highlight in our kitchen, because here we not only have a dishwasher, but everyone has their own refrigerator with a kitchen cabinet - there are no room problems! 😁
On the 3rd floor you will find the other rooms, as well as another bathroom for the three roommates and our attic access with a lot of storage space. In addition, we have a small basement compartment and a shared washing machine in the basement. So it's all we need.
And the best thing to do is to include the Internet and heating and electricity costs via flatrate - so no repayments will be due!
I'd like to leave my bed, dresser, table and wall dressing bar there.

da ich schweren Herzens umziehe, wird mein Zimmer in einer ziemlich coolen WG ab dem 15.06.2025 zur Miete frei.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer in unserer 5er WG ist 21m² groß und nach Süd-Osten ausgerichtet. Damit hast du den gesamten Morgen und Mittag Sonnenschein im Zimmer, durch die vier großen Fenster auch den ganzen Tag lang viel Licht! Außenrolladen vorhanden. Da unser Wohnhaus vor wenigen Jahren saniert wurde und die Fenster erneuert wurden, ist es in deinem Zimmer trotz zentraler Lage auch wirklich schön ruhig.
Unsere WG erstreckt sich großzügig über das 2. und 3. Obergeschoss des Wohnhauses (Maisonette Wohnung), weshalb es eigentlich gar nicht auffällt, dass wir hier zu fünft leben.
Dein Zimmer ist im 2. OG - hier befindet sich ein gemeinsames Badezimmer, das großzügige Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und unsere Küche. Das Bad wurde erst vor 2 Jahren komplett saniert. Ein weiteres Highlight findest du in unserer Küche, denn hier haben wir nicht nur eine Spülmaschine, sondern jeder seinen eigenen Kühlschrank mit Küchenschrank - Platzprobleme gibts es nicht! 😁
Im 3. Obergeschoss befinden sich dann die weiteren Zimmer, sowie ein weiteres Badezimmer für die drei Mitbewohner und unser Dachbodenzugang mit ganz viel Abstellplatz. Außerdem haben wir im Keller noch ein kleines Kellerabteil und eine gemeinsame Waschmaschine. Es ist also eigentlich alles da, was wir so brauchen.
Und das Beste zum Schluss: in den Nebenkosten sind Internet und die Heiz- und Stromkosten per Flatrate inklusive - es werden also keine Nachzahlungen fällig!
Ich würde gerne mein Bett, Kommode, Tisch und die Wandkleiderstange da lassen.

Our WG is in the east of Stuttgart, right on the Gablenberger Hauptstraße and with a beautiful view of the Gablenberg. Here you will find everything you need in the immediate surroundings (1-8 min): Aldi, natural goods, two rewes, an unpacked shop, dm, numerous bakeries and in the direction of Ostendplatz many other small shops and restaurants. The well-known "Schlampazius" is just about 2 minutes walk from our WG, until the "Old School" is just a few minutes more. For a small walk or a jogging round in the Klingenbach Park or Villa Berg-Park you also need a few minutes walk.
Direction HBF, city centre and HFT/Universität Stuttgart you will drive about 7-10min with the Öffis (bus/subway).
If you take a car, you will still find a suitable parking space here with a local parking card!
Unsere WG ist im Stuttgarter Osten, direkt an der Gablenberger Hauptstraße und mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Gablenberg. Hier findest du in direkter Umgebung (1-8 min) eigentlich schon alles, was du brauchst: Aldi, Naturgut, zwei Rewe, einen Unverpacktladen, dm, zahlreiche Bäckereien und in Richtung Ostendplatz viele weitere kleine Läden und Restaurants. Auch das bekannte "Schlampazius" liegt nur etwa 2 min Fußweg von unserer WG entfernt, bis in die "Alte Schule" sind es nur ein paar Minuten mehr. Für einen kleinen Spaziergang oder eine Joggingrunde im Klingenbach-Park oder Villa Berg-Park benötigst du ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß.
Richtung HBF, Innenstadt und HFT/Universität Stuttgart fährst du etwa 7-10min mit den Öffis (Bus/U-Bahn).
Solltest du ein Auto mitbringen, findest du hier mit einem Anwohnerparkausweis eigentlich immer noch eine passende Parklücke!
Our common WG everyday has been very
simple and relaxed. Under the week we usually go after all our working life, so we usually meet for lunch or dinner in the kitchen or in the living room. But of course we are happy to be together! We like to celebrate together what to drink (Mata Hari, Schankstelle, After Work) or even what to eat or watch a series (e.g. Bachelor).
Of course, we also bring with you all great understanding if you need a little time out, or if you just don't like it and the room door is closed!
Unser gemeinsamer WG-Alltag war bis jetzt sehr
unkompliziert und entspannt. Unter der Woche gehen wir meist alle unserem Arbeitsleben nach, sodass wir uns meist zu Mittag oder am Abend zum Essen in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer treffen. Aber natürlich sind wir auch liebend gerne zusammen unterwegs! Wir gehen gern gemeinsam feiern, was trinken (Mata Hari, Schankstelle, After Work) oder mal was essen oder schauen uns eine Serie (z. B. Bachelor) an.
Natürlich bringen wir auch alle großes Verständnis dafür mit, wenn man eine kleine Auszeit braucht oder auch einfach mal keine Lust hat und die Zimmertür deshalb geschlossen bleibt!
