Es gibt abgesehen von dem Zimmer ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit großem LED-Fernseher und bequemer Couch, die zu gemeinsamen Filmabenden einlädt sowie einer oberen Ebene, die über eine Leiter erreichbar ist und divers genutzt werden kann. Außerdem gibt es eine vollausgestattete und moderne Küche mit viel Platz zum gemeinsam Kochen und Essen, einen Vorraum mit Tisch und Bank wo auch gegessen, gespielt oder gelernt werden kann, ein großes Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche und 2 Waschbecken, einen Wäscheraum mit Waschmaschine und ein separates WC.
Ingesamt gibt es 4 Schlafzimmer wovon 3 frei werden. Der mit dem ihr die Wohnung teilen wird ist Qusai, ein sehr netter, verantwortlicher Master Student der ursprünglich aus Syrien kommt und sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch spricht. Wir sind auf der Suche nach netten Person in einer ähnlichen Lebenslage (Studenten, Azubis, Berufsanfänger).
Das WG-Zimmer verfügt über folgender Ausstattung: 140x200 m Bett, NEUE Emma Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Regal, Spiegel, Nachttisch, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sodass direkt eingezogen werden kann.
Das Zimmer ist hell, abschließbar und ab Ende August verfügbar.

The room is located in a centrally located shared apartment in Stuttgart East. Everything is completely furnished and in good condition. Apart from the room there is a nice common living room with a large LED TV and a comfortable couch, which invites to common movie nights as well as an upper level which can be used for storage, etc. There is also a fully equipped and modern kitchen with plenty of space for cooking and eating together, an anteroom where you can also eat, play or study, a large bathroom with bath, shower and 2 sinks, a laundry room with washing machine and a separate toilet. In total there are 4 bedrooms in spacious apartment of which three rooms are becoming available end of August.
The room has the following equipment: queen sized bed, new high quality mattress, closet, a desk with a chair, night table, mirror, shelf, bed linen and towels so that you can move in directly.
It is very bright, quiet, lockable and available almost immediately. Video available and I will send it to you on request.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr zentralen und angenehmen Wohngegend. Im 400 m Umkreis findet man alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Restaurants, Cafes, Bars, Fitness Studio, Post sowie diverse Ärzte (Ostendplatz). Schräg gegenüber vom Haus befindet sich ein großer Park.
Zu Fuß erreicht man die Bushaltestelle in 2 Minuten und die Straßenbahn in 5 Minuten.
Die Luftlinie zum Stadtzentrum ist etwas mehr als 1 Kilometer. Mit dem Bus erreicht man den Hauptbahnhof und die Königsstraße in wenigen Minuten (3 Stationen), zur B10 und zum Daimler Werk UT sind es ca. 2 km (5 Minuten mit dem Auto, 15 Minuten mit dem Bus).

The apartment is located in a very central and pleasant residential area. In a radius of 400 m you can find all stores for your daily needs, restaurants, cafes, bars, fitness studio, post office and various doctors (Ostendplatz). Diagonally across from the house is a large park.
By foot you can reach the bus stop in 2 minutes and the streetcar in 5 minutes. The subway is 5 minutes walking distance.
The linear distance to the city center is a little more than 1 kilometer. By bus you can reach the main station and Königsstraße in a few minutes (3 stops), to the B10 and the Daimler plant UT is about 2 km (5 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bus, no changing required).
