In der 4er WG in der Klingenstraße in Stuttgart Ost wird ein kleines gemütliches Zimmer frei. Es verfügt über einen Schrank, ein Einzelbett mit Stauraum sowie einer guten Matratze und einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl. Zur Wohnung gehört ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer inklusive Fernseher mit Netflix für gemeinsame Filmabende, einen oberen Bereich den man divers nutzen kann und Stauraum bietet, eine große moderne Küche zum kochen und essen, ein Vorraum mit Tisch und Bank zum sitzen, spielen, etc., ein Bad mit Dusche, Wanne und 2 Waschbecken, ein separates WC und ein Waschraum. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock und ist geräumig, sodass hier ein kleines Schlafzimmer zu haben keinerlei Problem darstellt. So viel Gemeinschaftsraum in einer WG ist in Stuttgart eine Rarität.
Die Lage ist ideal. In wenigen Minuten ist man an der nächsten U-Bahn, die dich schnell und oft z.B. ins Stuttgarter Zentrum bringt. In knapp 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am zentralen Ostendplatz, wo es einen Rewe, Bäcker, Restaurants und Imbisse, Ärzte, Friseure, etc. gibt. Daimler und Bosch in Untertürkheim sind ca 3 km entfernt und mit dem Bus ohne Umsteigen sehr schnell erreichbar. Auch die Cannstatter Wasen sind quasi um die Ecke.
Quer gegenüber befindet sich ein Park und auch der Schlossgarten ist in etwa 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Durch diesen kann man bis zum Hauptbahnhof oder in die Fußgängerzone flanieren. Der Neckar ist nicht weit und perfekt für eine Joggingrunde geeignet.
In der WG wohnen momentan Qusai, der Master Student und Tomas der Bachelor Student ist und mit beiden erwartet dich ein nettes und unkompliziertes Zusammenleben. Ein weiteres Zimmer wird ebenfalls im April frei.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca 100qm groß und ordentlich, sodass sich jeder wohlfühlen kann.
Im Preis sind alle Nebenkosten sowie Internet enthalten. Die Kaution beträgt 1000 Euro.

a small cozy room is becoming available in this 4-person shared apartment in Klingenstraße in Stuttgart East. It has a closet, a bed and a desk with a chair. The apartment includes a shared living room with a TV with Netflix for movie nights together, a large kitchen for cooking, eating and sitting, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and 2 sinks, a separate toilet and a laundry room. The apartment is located on the 1st floor.
The location is really great. In a few minutes you are at the nearest subway, which takes you quickly and often, for example, to the center of Stuttgart. In just under 5 minutes you can walk to the central Ostendplatz, where there are supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and snack bars, doctors, hairdressers etc. Daimler and Bosch in Untertürkheim are about 3 km away and can be reached very quickly by bus without changing. The Cannstatter Wasen are in walking distance as well.
Across the street is a park and the Schlossgarten is about 10 minutes walk away. You can stroll through it to the main train station or into the pedestrian shopping area. The Neckar River is also not far and perfect for a jog.
The apartment is about 100 square meters in total and clean and tidy, so that everyone can feel comfortable.
The price includes all utilities and internet. The deposit is 1000 Euro.
