A small cozy room is becoming available in this 4-person shared apartment in Klingenstraße in Stuttgart East. It has a closet, a bed and a desk with a chair. The apartment includes a shared living room with a TV with Netflix for movie nights together, a large kitchen for cooking, eating and sitting, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and 2 sinks, a separate toilet and a laundry room. The apartment is located on the 1st
floor.
The location is really great. In a few minutes you are at the nearest subway, which takes you quickly and often, for example, to the center of Stuttgart. In just under 5 minutes you can walk to the central Ostendplatz, where there are supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and snack bars, doctors, hairdressers etc. Daimler and Bosch in Untertürkheim are about 3 km away and can be reached very quickly by bus without changing. The Cannstatter Wasen are in walking distance as well.
Across the street is a park and the Schlossgarten is about 10 minutes walk away. You can stroll through it to the main train station or into the pedestrian shopping area. The Neckar River is also not far and perfect for a jog.
The room will be subletted from 17.03.2023-28.04.2023, as I will be travelling out of the country for that period. However, there is also a possibility of becoming the main tenant and taking over the room from 01.05.2023 onwards if you desire.
