Hello,
we are looking for a new tenant for a nice big room in the center of Szeged, Kölcsey street.
We are both from Germany and study medicine at the university and would be happy if we can enrich our shared apartment with a new tenant for the room.
We both like relaxed people who appreciate the community and also contribute something to have a nice life in the apartment.
The room is about 32 m² and has a balcony that belongs to the room, where you can see the whole street.
The rent is 365-387€ with wifi, the utilities are paid separately.
When you go out of the apartment you can immediately enjoy the life of the city without that seems too noisy. There are very many bars, restaurants around and you have a free choice for a relaxing coffee or a good dinner.
The university is just a few minutes walk away.
You can easily park a bicycle.
In the hot summer months, the very powerful air conditioning cools the apartment and makes it a very pleasant place to be.
For shopping, Spar, Aldi, DM and Rossmann offer a wide selection for all needs and are also within a few minutes walk.
